★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained staff. Had no idea whether they could supply 2 cappuccinos. She had to ask 3 other staff the same question before she said No. We used the toilets. Disgusting. Throwing buckets of mildly bleached water on the floor and over the sinks and leaving it creates a huge slip and fall hazard. No toilet paper, broken seats. Stench. Both male and female. Management took 3 months to respond to this Review and jyst did a cut n paste. No apology, no acknowledgement of the issues. Tragic . Its disgusting. Don't go there.
