Na última sexta feita mandei meu “street dog” vulgo vira lata, para uma segunda tosa nesta unidade. Resumindo: não gostei da tosa e meu Bob teve alergia a algo. Hj liguei e contei o ocorrido. Imediatamente mandaram apanha-lo em casa, foi atendido pelo veterinário, medicado e retornou com uma nova tosa, colar elisabetano para não se coçar, remédio e tudo a custo zero!!!!!! Não pude acreditar em tanto profissionalismo numa cidade onde nada funciona!!!’
Quando irei procurar outra pet shop???? Jamais!!! Vcs foram o máximo! Parabéns!!!
 Completely impressed with the attitudes of the São Conrado store.
Last Friday I sent my street dog, known as a can, for a second grooming at this unit. In short: I didn't like the grooming and my Bob was allergic to something. Hj called and told what happened. They immediately took him home, he was treated by the veterinarian, medicated and returned with a new clipper, Elizabethan collar to keep from scratching, medicine and everything at zero cost !!!!!! I couldn't believe so much professionalism in a city where nothing works !!! ’
When will I look for another pet shop ???? Never!!! You were great! Congratulations!!!
