★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pela funcionária que estava no sorvete, e por um “erro” ela ganhou um feedback negativo da gerente ou responsável pela unidade na frente dos clientes.
Eu fiquei horrorizada pq eu nunca vi isso, ainda mais vc superior não saber chamar o funcionário em um local reservado para orientar ele e achar q fazer isso na frente de cliente esta correto. Se nao sabem isso gera assedio moral! Funcionários nota 10, os responsáveis deveriam ter treinamento de como ser educado ;)
 I was very well attended by the employee who was at the ice cream, and for a “mistake” she got negative feedback from the manager or person responsible for the unit in front of customers.
I was horrified because I've never seen this, even more you superior not knowing how to call the employee in a reserved place to guide him and think that doing it in front of the customer is correct. If they don't know this generates moral harassment! Staff note 10, those responsible should have training on how to be polite ;)
