★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de termos sido atendidos por um médico e sua assistente muito atenciosos, NÃO tem sido boa a experiência com o MCOR desde o envio da documentação por email para marcação dos exames. O atendimento e instalações da recepção são bastante ruins, agora corremos o risco de não poder levar o resultado do exame para consulta depois de um mês da solicitação! Um absurdo!!!!
 Although we have been treated by a very attentive doctor and assistant, the experience with MCOR has not been good since sending the documentation by email to schedule the exams. The service and reception facilities are quite bad, now we risk not being able to take the exam result for consultation after a month of requesting! Nonsense !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Cliente há bastante tempo e sempre satisfeita... dessa última tive o azar de marcarem um tal de Dr. Thompson. Consulta marcada para um sábado às 8h30 da manhã, às 10h01 ainda sem nenhuma notícia dele, ou melhor, às 9h37 avisou a atendente que estava estacionando o carro e até 10h01 não apareceu. Feliz por ele possuir um helicóptero e ser tão demorado estacionar!!! #nuncamais #medicodificil #essenaoqueromais #naoindicoparaninguem
Lousy experience! Customer for a long time and always satisfied ... of the latter I had the bad luck to brand one such Dr. Thompson. Consultation scheduled for a Saturday at 8:30 am, at 10:01 am still without any news of him, or rather, at 9:37 am, he told the attendant that he was parking the car and until 10:01 am he did not show up. Happy for him to own a helicopter and be so time consuming to park !!! #nuncamais #medicodificil #essenaoqueromais #naoindicoparaninguem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência na marcação de consulta com a atendente Alexandra. Alexandra me tratou mal, sem paciência, usando palavras rudes é mau humorada, desligou o telefone na minha cara! Liguei novamente e informei que me senti mal tratada e que gostaria de mais respeito é um pedido de desculpas, Alexandra petulantemente informou que não fez nada errado e que por isso não pediria desculpas e desligou novamente o telefone me deixando sem poder marcar e falando sozinha.
Isso ocorreu há cerca de 1 mês e não recebi ligação nenhum da clínica.
Alexandra ainda atende as ligações para marcação!!’n não recomendo
Very poor experience in appointment with the attendant Alexandra. Alexandra treated me badly, without patience, using rude words is sulking, hung up the phone in my face! I called again and told her that I felt badly treated and that I would like more respect is an apology, Alexandra petulantly informed me that she did not do anything wrong and so I would not apologize and turned the phone off again leaving me unable to dial and speak alone.
This happened about 1 month ago and I did not get any connection from the clinic.
Alexandra still answers the calls for dialing !! 'n I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Atendimento péssimo, sem humanização desde a recepção. Os funcionários não sabem dar informações, não me senti segura e fui tratada com muita arrogância, como se esse fosse critério pra ser funcionário na MCor. Até agora estou sem entender o motivo de tanta arrogância entre a equipe.
I do not recommend. Lousy service, without humanization since the reception. The employees don't know how to give information, I didn't feel safe and I was treated with a lot of arrogance, as if that was a criterion for being an employee at MCor. So far, I don't understand why the team is so arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,meu marido fez a polissonografia ,e quando fui entregar o aparelho falei que meu marido não conseguiu dormir às 6 horas , a atendente disse que ele ia precisar fazer novo exames , e até agora que já vai fazer um mês ninguém ligou pra , e disseram que ia ligar na outra semana . não recomendo.
Bad service, my husband did the polysomnography, and when I went to deliver the device I said that my husband was unable to sleep at 6 am, the attendant said that he would need to do another exam, and until now it will be a month ago, no one called, and said they would call the other week. I do not recommend.
