★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente. Talvez eu tenha tido azar nesta minha passagem pela cidade. Pesquisei pelo melhor hamburguer artesanal de Bragança. Certamente não é. O lanche veio temperatura ambiente, nem morno estava. Com a carne fria a gordura não fica saborosa. Pão frio também. Para atender mais rápido a carne fica pre assada, o que faz perder frescor.
The service is excellent. Maybe I was unlucky in my passage through the city. I searched for the best artisan hamburger in Bragança. It certainly isn't. The snack came at room temperature, it wasn't even warm. With cold meat the fat is not tasty. Cold bread too. To serve faster, the meat is pre-roasted, which makes it lose its freshness.
