★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, não posso com compartilhar minha experiência com os serviços da empresa, olha que eu realmente gostaria de ter tido, pois aqui na região ele teve as melhores recomendações, por isso, tentei por 04 vezes fazer uma avaliação do meu carro, e nessas quatro vezes não só eu mas outros clientes ficaram sem atendimento. Acredito que o problema seja pelo fato de só uma única pessoa esteja apta em fazer as avaliações, mas até aí será muito bom, pois é, lá além de avaliação e faz o trabalho, então não consegue dar a devida atenção a novos clientes, pois isso foi o que deu para perceber, se já for cliente antigo, ou melhor, se tiver um crachá da Mitsubishi Motor Company, aí sim você terá prioridade.
Mas, devo ser justo, o meio primeiro contato com a empresa foi antes de comprar o carro da Mitsubishi, onde eles foram atencioso mesmo fora do expediente me atenderam, e por essa experiência resolvi comprar um carro, onde acreditava que poderia contar com a mesma presteza, da primeira vez. Porém, a realidade foi a que relatei acima.
Espero que vocês futuro clientes tenham melhor sorte que eu, pois volto a dizer eles têm uma ótima reputação na cidade. E também, espero que eles consigam visualizar que essa situação atual de atendimento, poderia ser melhorada, fazendo crescer ainda mais seus clientes.

I believe that the problem is due to the fact that only a single person is able to do the evaluations, but until then it will be very good, because it is, beyond evaluation and does the work, then it fails to give due attention to new customers, because this was what I noticed, if you are already a long-time customer, or better, if you have a Mitsubishi Motor Company badge, then you will have priority.
But, I must be fair, the first contact with the company was before buying the Mitsubishi car, where they were attentive even after hours, and I decided to buy a car, where I believed I could count on the same promptness the first time. However, the reality was what I reported above.
I hope that you future customers will have better luck than me, as I say again they have a great reputation in the city. Also, I hope they can see that this current service situation could be improved, making their customers grow even more.
