I want to thank everyone at Mecânica Rudson, especially Pedro who fixed my car. In short my car started to boil when I noticed a leak in the water pump. Service successfully performed all new parts. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez me atenderam em um domingo de manhã, que meu carro ficou sem bateria e deram uma carga rápida pra eu poder ir embora. A segunda vez que precisei ir foi dia 11/02/22, fui logo pela manhã e estava lotado. O Rudson pediu pra voltar a tarde que faria o serviço na hora. Voltei e já me atenderam. Além do bom atendimento e rapidez (a demora foi da entrega da peça pela autopeças), na hora de pagar só queria me cobrar os 20 reais da peça + "um cafezinho". Não achei justo e paguei um pouco a mais pelo serviço. Em nenhuma das 2x que fui ele tentou se aproveitar por ser turista e cobrar mais caro ou trocar peças sem necessidade. Caso precise de mecânico bom e honesto em Ubatuba procure a Mecânica Rudson em Pereque Açu.
The first time they attended to me on a Sunday morning, when my car ran out of battery and they gave me a quick charge so I could leave. The second time I had to go was on 02/11/22, I went early in the morning and it was crowded. Rudson asked to come back in the afternoon that he would do the service on time. I came back and they already answered me. In addition to the good service and speed (the delay was for the delivery of the part by autoparts), when paying, he just wanted to charge me the 20 reais for the part + "a coffee". I didn't think it was fair and I paid a little extra for the service. In none of the 2x I went did he try to take advantage of being a tourist and charge more or change parts unnecessarily. If you need a good and honest mechanic in Ubatuba, look for Mecânica Rudson in Pereque Açu.
