★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No teste drive que fiz no meu carro antes de tirar da concessionária relatei que a embreagem estava alta e precisava de manutenção, porém o meu carro foi para a oficina fizeram os testes e disseram que a embreagem estava ótima, após 1800 km rodados não deu outra, a embreagem acabou comigo na rua, levei o carro para a oficina pois estava na garantia, o dono muito mal educado disse que o problema foi mau uso, relatei que uso um fiat uno há mais de 70 mil km e nunca tive problemas, a embreagem foi trocada, porém vou deixar uma estrela para ficar o meu relato pela má educação do dono e respeito com os clientes, pois apesar do serviço ter sido terceirizado pela concessionária acredito que devemos ter o devido respeito tanto material quanto pessoal pela mecânica
In the test drive that I did on my car before taking it out of the dealership I reported that the clutch was high and needed maintenance, but my car went to the workshop and did the tests and said that the clutch was great, after 1800 km of wheels there was no other , the clutch ended up with me on the street, I took the car to the workshop because it was under warranty, the owner was very rude, said the problem was misuse, I reported that I have used a fiat uno for more than 70,000 km and I never had any problems, clutch was changed, but I will leave a star to keep my account for the bad education of the owner and respect with customers, because despite the service having been outsourced by the dealership I believe that we must have due respect both materially and personally for mechanics
