★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito complicado o atendimento. Em todos os momentos a experiência é muito ruim. Atraso, falta de gentileza e nada acolhedor. Não sei por que volto neste lugar há tanto tempo. Deve ser falta de opção. Pelo ou menos o horário poderiam respeitar.
 Very complicated service. At all times the experience is very bad. Delay, lack of kindness and unwelcoming. I don't know why I've been back to this place for so long. Must be lack of choice. At or least the schedule they could respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para retirar um exame espera de no mínimo meia hora, um absurdo!!! As atendentes quando não há ninguém no balcão pra elas atenderem ficam conversando e dando risadas, odeio quando faço exames nesse lugar!!!
To withdraw an exam, wait at least half an hour, absurd !!! The attendants when there is no one at the counter for them to answer are talking and laughing, I hate it when I do exams in this place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a demora é grande, com pandemia e o local lotado, sem ventilação nenhuma, desligaram o ar condicionado mas ñ colocaram um ventilador ao menos, as atendentes são mto prestativas e educadas porém, sem condições de trabalhar direito. As pessoas q frequentam tbm ñ colaboram, levam 2, 3 crianças, + de um acompanhante sem necessidade aumentando assim a aglomeração.
Unfortunately, the delay is long, with a pandemic and the place is crowded, with no ventilation, they turned off the air conditioning but ñ they put a fan at least, the attendants are very helpful and polite, but unable to work properly. The people who attend also collaborate, take 2, 3 children, + a companion unnecessarily, thus increasing the agglomeration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Acabamos de sair daí, eu e minha esposa. Ela foi até ao laboratório com uma carta de médico. A atendente perguntou se era suspeita de Covid-19. Nesse momento, num total despreparo, com minha esposa passando mal, as atendentes mandaram-na esperar para fazer o raio-x na parte DE FORA DO LABORATÓRIO. Dentro da sala da raio-x, ela quase desmaiou. A técnica nem quis tocar nela para ajudar, tampouco a deixou usar o banheiro para se trocar.
Um ambiente que lida com a saúde deveria estar mais do que preparado para lidar com pacientes de Covid-19 ou suspeita, pois já temos mais de um ano de pandemia. Lamentável!
Terrible! We just got out of there, my wife and I. She went to the lab with a doctor's letter. The attendant asked if she was suspected of Covid-19. At that moment, in total unpreparedness, with my wife feeling ill, the attendants told her to wait to do the x-ray in the OUTSIDE LABORATORY section. Inside the x-ray room, she almost passed out. The technician didn't even want to touch her to help, nor did she let her use the bathroom to change.
An environment that deals with health should be more than prepared to deal with patients from Covid-19 or suspected, as we have more than a year of pandemic. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a realização dos exames OK! Mas para retirar o resultado demora mais de 1h e as atendentes não fazem qualquer esforço para serem mais rápidas. Liguei antes de ir para deixarem pronto e a resposta é que por normas da empresa só imprimi o resultado quando vc estiver lá.... lamentável... péssimo!!!
taking the exams OK! But it takes more than 1 hour to retrieve the result and the attendants don't make any effort to be faster. I called before going to have it ready and the answer is that, according to company rules, I only print the result when you are there... regrettable... terrible!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei cinco para a recepção deligar sem qualquer justificativa, Limeira precisa de empresas que prestam serviços com mais eficiência. Infelizmente essa não tem, uma pena. Isso po que seria particular agora imagino quando é um plano.
I waited five for the reception to turn off without any justification, Limeira needs companies that provide services more efficiently. Unfortunately this one doesn't, a pity. That would be private now I wonder when it's a plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim a experiência demorou mais de 2h para realizar o ultrassom e isso pq eu estava com horário agendado, alem disso para o procedimento necessitei estar em jejum assim além da grande quantidade de horas em jejum mais a demora de quase 2h foi interminável. Não recomendo.
Too bad the experience took more than 2 hours to perform the ultrasound and that's because I had a scheduled appointment, in addition to the procedure I needed to be fasting, in addition to the large amount of fasting hours, but the delay of almost 2 hours was interminable. I do not recommend.

Atendente com falta de conhecimento, não respondem o zap da maneira certa , marquei exame pra hj e não me instruíram os procedimentos pré exames, faltou liderança nessa clínica , isso porque meus exames são todos Particulares !! Não adianta nada ter o menos valor , se o atendimento com falta de atenção total !! E olha que pra eu reclamar o lugar tem que ser ruim mesmo . ?
TERRIBLE PLACE!! Attendant with a lack of knowledge, they don't answer the zap the right way, I scheduled an exam for today and they didn't instruct me on the pre-exam procedures, there was a lack of leadership in this clinic, that's because my exams are all private!! It's no use having the least value, if the service with lack of total attention!! And look, for me to complain, the place has to be really bad. ?
