★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior constrangimento e descaso que já passei em minha vida. Marquei um Mastologista PARTICULAR, precisei faltar ao trabalho, gastei R$90 reais de Uber pois sair de Betim para ser atendida nessa clínica em Contagem, cheguei com 20min de antecedência do meu horário marcado e simplesmente o médico já havia ido embora. As atendentes foram extremamente arrogantes justificando que elas não tinha nada haver. Não tiveram coragem de desmarcar a consulta, me dá uma satisfação ou no mínimo tentar remarcar.
A partir do momento que uma pessoa marca uma consulta ela tem uma necessidade. Não fui pedir favor a ninguém. Tinha urgência no meu atendimento. Imagine o que uma clínica dessa não faz com pacientes de Sus.
 Worst embarrassment and neglect I have ever experienced in my life. I booked a PRIVATE Mastologist, I needed to miss work, I spent R $ 90 on Uber because I left Betim to be seen at this clinic in Contagem, I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the doctor was just gone. The attendants were extremely arrogant justifying that they had nothing to do. They did not have the courage to cancel the appointment, it gives me satisfaction or at least trying to reschedule.
From the moment a person makes an appointment he has a need. I didn't go to ask anyone for a favor. There was urgency in my care. Imagine what such a clinic does not do with Sus patients.

I loved my treatment with Dr Maira Pelvic Physical Therapist. She has a very light way of handling each case. I felt confident from the first appointment! I simply loved!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ♿ Antes de ir, perguntei várias vezes se o lugar era realmente acessível para cadeirantes, disseram que sim. O lugar realmente tem rampas, porém são rampas extremamente íngremes, impossível para um cadeirante ir sem um acompanhante. Fiz a reclamação no setor responsável e o mesmo disponibilizou ajuda pra sair do local, porque é impossível um cadeirante sair sozinho ou com acompanhante com pouca força. A reclamação foi ouvida e disseram que irão tomar providências, mas quis deixar registrado aqui para que os cadeirantes fiquem cientes antes de ir. As 3 estrelas são pela ótima nutricionista e pela educação do funcionário que ajudou.
♿ Before going, I asked several times if the place was really accessible for wheelchair users, they said yes. The place does have ramps, but they are extremely steep ramps, impossible for a wheelchair user to go without a companion. I filed the complaint at the responsible sector and they provided help to leave the place, because it is impossible for a wheelchair user to go out alone or with a companion with little strength. The complaint was heard and they said they will take action, but I wanted to leave it registered here so that wheelchair users are aware before going. The 3 stars are for the excellent nutritionist and the education of the employee who helped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradeço a toda a equipe, mas em especial à fisioterapeuta Lorena que me acompanhou por 3 meses, fiz uma cirurgia no joelho de LCA e menisco e Lorena com muita paciência, profissionalismo e boa vontade em ajudar as pessoas foi muito importante nesta caminhada. Desejo todo sucesso do mundo para esta moça que é uma pessoal admirável. Obrigado por tudo.
I thank the whole team, but especially the physiotherapist Lorena who accompanied me for 3 months, I had surgery on the ACL knee and meniscus, and Lorena with a lot of patience, professionalism and willingness to help people was very important in this journey. I wish all the success in the world to this girl who is an admirable person. Thanks for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Marcamos para nossa filha uma fonoaudióloga e para isso minha esposa e filha tiveram que voltar de ferias da cidade da mãe e eu perder o dia de serviço para isso. Recebemos msg confirmando a consulta e assim qua chegamos a funcionaria avisa que tiamos que ter uma ficha de encaminhamento e liberação da Unimed. Por fim minha filha não foi atendida. Não fomos informados de nada pela clinica Med&Fisio. Perguntei pelo gerente Alexandre e fui informado que não se encontrava na clinica e descobri que estava sim. Mas não poderia atender por estar fazendo uma entrevista. Por final esperei por horas e nada.
Terrible attendance. We scheduled for our daughter a speech therapist and for this my wife and daughter had to return from vacation in the city of mother and I miss the day of service for this. We received msg confirming the query and as soon as we arrived to work warns that we had to have a referral form and release from Unimed. Finally my daughter was not answered. We were not informed by the Med & Fisio clinic. I asked for manager Alexandre and was informed that he was not in the clinic and found that he was. But I couldn't answer because I was doing an interview. Finally I waited for hours and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo , fui realizar sessões pós cirurgia no quadril. Fui muito bem acompanhado, as fisioterapeuta são muito boas.
No entanto o lugar é bem pequeno.
Necessário melhorias no local.
I recommend, I went to perform sessions after hip surgery. I was very well accompanied, the physiotherapists are very good.
However the place is quite small.
Site improvements needed.
