★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior plano de saúde medplan, só quer receber o pagamento mais quando agente precisa ele mete a cabeça nas pernas e se esconde, tenho mais de 6 anos de plano quando precisei de um reembolso por falta de um profissional eles só mim deram desculpas
 Worst medplan health plan, he just wants to get paid more when agent needs it he puts his head in his legs and hides, I have more than 6 years of plan when I needed a refund for lack of a professional they only gave me excuses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível... atrasam os exames agendados, nós quais o paciente deve ser submetido em jejum.. não recomendo para absolutamente ninguém nenhum procedimento realizado neste estabelecimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico por conta das informações desencontradas. Um diz que faz o exames, quando a gente chega lá fica sabendo q é só no centro. Liga pedindo horário e quando chega fica sabendo q encerra meia hora antes do horário que já foi passado antes. Descompromisso com o cliente.
I don't recommend it because of the missing information. One says he takes the exams, when we get there we find out that it's only in the center. He calls asking for a time and when he arrives he finds out that it closes half an hour before the time that has already been passed before. Commitment to the customer.

Unacceptable wait time! My mother, elderly, in a wheelchair, in pain, with hospitalization authorized by the health plan, her feet are swollen from waiting so long to take her to the apartment where she will be hospitalized! Missing Cerqueira's time, see?

As recepcionistas e até as médicas sempre demonstram muita preguiça, má vontade e hoje mais uma vez perdi a manhã toda e não fiz um exame por causa do péssimo atendimento e preguiça das funcionárias fazendo tudo errado.
Minhas consultas nunca duraram nem 10min, os médicos estão lá só pra “despachar” os pacientes. Boa sorte pra quem precisar do serviço
BAD SERVICE AND TODAY WAS BEYOND!
The receptionists and even the doctors always show a lot of laziness, ill will and today once again I lost all morning and didn't do an exam because of the bad service and laziness of the employees doing everything wrong.
My appointments never lasted even 10 minutes, the doctors are there just to “dispatch” the patients. Good luck to anyone who needs the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência possível, atendimento da recepcionista foi péssimo, grossa e mal educada, todo tempo com cara fechada, esperei mais de 1h só para fazer o cadastro (isso pq estava com senha de prioridade), e quando finalmente fui atendida a recepcionista fez o cadastro todo errado, eu tive que ligar o plano p pedir a liberação de um simples hemograma e o teste de dengue.
Detalhe, 4 guichês de atendimento, mas somente duas recepcionistas.
Local super pequeno e lotado, mas o pior mesmo é o atendimento.
Falta de respeito com os clientes, é lamentável... Estamos pagando
É um absurdo, não recomendo de forma alguma .
