Paciente idoso cadeirante..cjegoi meia hora antes..e pasmem..a medica so chegou a clinicq 1h 20min depoos do horario previsto..
Fomos os primeiros..imaginem..pode ser qie ela estivesse no mal dia..
É importante refletir..
As funcionárias administrativas agilizaram tudo q era possível..para vcs nota 10..continuem dando o 100%..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, não é normal a pessoa pagar um absurdo de plano de saúde e ainda esperar 3 horas pra ser atendido! Se for pra morrer, morre logo.
Horrible care, it is not normal for a person to pay an absurd health plan and still wait 3 hours to be seen! If you're going to die, you die soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso Estar na otortino no 4 andar todas as segundas feiras.....porém todas as segundas feiras o elevador está com defeito! Acho super desagradável...fico imaginando pessoas cadeirante , com comorbidade...até mesmo idosas subindo a escada....por quenãovejo elevado rextra lá .....gente!! Falta de respeito com paciente....
Centro médico tão rico.....inadmissível NÃO Ter solução definitiva e em tempo hábil.....Fica minha insatisfação.....
I need to be in the otortino on the 4th floor every Monday.....but every Monday the elevator is defective! I think it's super unpleasant...I'm imagining people in a wheelchair, with comorbidity...even elderly people climbing the stairs....why don't I see high rextra there .....people!! Lack of respect for the patient....
Medical center so rich ..... inadmissible NO Having a definitive solution and in a timely manner ..... My dissatisfaction remains .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento agendado pra nada, várias pessoas na frente. Recepcionista cansada e indisposta. Atendimento pra agendar no telefone, só pela misericórdia, acho que fui sortudo em conseguir. Elevador quebrado, muita gente reclamando que é frequente. Achei super desrespeitoso, muitos idosos exaustos no meio das escadas por não conseguirem subir tudo. 4, 5 andares é total falta de compromisso e responsabilidade.
Service scheduled for nothing, several people in front. Tired and unwell receptionist. Call to schedule on the phone, just for mercy, I think I was lucky to get it. Broken elevator, many people complaining that it is frequent. I thought it was super disrespectful, many elderly people exhausted in the middle of the stairs because they couldn't climb everything. 4, 5 floors is total lack of commitment and responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento via telefone é simplesmente ineficiente. Fiz 27 ligações e em nenhuma, sim, isso mesmo, nenhuma ligação fui atendido. Espero a médica que me atende saia dessa prédio e procure um local com atendimento mais eficaz.
Telephone support is simply inefficient. I made 27 calls and none, yes, that's right, no call was answered. I wait for the doctor who attends me to leave this building and look for a place with more effective care.
