Tem pacientes que foram atendidos antes, questionei e me foi informado que esses eram os pacientes que passaram de madrugada. Detalhe, são 11:20 da manhã, então imagina só o horário que eu vou ser atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pessoas esperando e funcionários conversando assunto alheio ao atendimento das pessoas,quando fui cobrar pela demora do raio x ,o funcionário disse que tinha que esperar pois estava em manutenção,fato que foi desmentido pela recepcionista do local.Desistimos do atendimento e procuramos outro local.Não recomendo a ninguém.

O tempo todo saindo da unidade, grita impaciente para chamar clientes para atendimento, entre outras coisas que observei

Levei minha avó com o nariz sangrando lá na madrugada por volta das 5h da manhã e o atendimento foi péssimo, não informaram que os exames só eram feitos após as 8h da manhã, sendo que já haviamos pago a consulta para apenas verem a pressão dela e o médico dizer que não poderia fazer nada por ela sem os exames... o atendimento era de urgência e se ela precisava dos exames, eram pra ser realizados na hora pois ela precisava do atendimento! Voltamos para a casa sem saber o porque minha avó passou mal. Não recomendo!!!

TODOS os funcionários impacientes, irônicos e mal educados!!!
Eu estava com diarreia e a médica só receitou alguns remédios. Eu só tomei soro pq pedi!
Nenhum enfermeiro achava minha veia! Estouraram minha veia, me deixaram sangrando tomando soro sozinha! Fizeram piadas de mal gosto comigo!
Acho que nem no SUS eu teria uma experiência tão ruim!
E pra piorar a médica me deu um atestado sem data! Que transtorno me fizeram passar!

ALL impatient, ironic and rude staff!!!
I had diarrhea and the doctor only prescribed some medicine. I only took serum because I asked!
No nurse could find my vein! They burst my vein, left me bleeding taking an IV alone! They made bad jokes with me!
I don't think that even in SUS I would have such a bad experience!
And to make matters worse, the doctor gave me an undated certificate! What trouble they put me through!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe saiu da sala do médico muito mal, vomitando e tremendo de fraqueza. Eu pedi na enfermaria pra deita- la e o enfermeiro mandou ela ficar em pé mesmo. Eu insisti pq ela estava muito mal, porém o enfermeiro foi super grosso e disse que ela estava em pé e era pra continuar em pé.
Uma pessoa totalmente desqualificada e sem educação que maltrata os idosos e doentes.
Porém o médico foi excelente e profissional.

Eu com sintomas de COVID, não há lugar mais isolado, tive que ficar no meio de todos que aguardavam atendimento, colocando em risco de contaminação a todos. Meu marido já estava confirmado positivo para COVID. Como no meu trabalho o protocolo é fazer o teste do painel respiratório, que detecta tanto a COVID como a Influenza, pedi este exame para o médico dr. Jeferson Rodrigues, o qual alegou que meu convênio não cobria este exame, e não quis solicitar, creio que não seja função do médico dizer qual exame o convênio aceita ou não, se o convênio não aceitasse seria problema meu com o convênio. Entrei em contato com o convênio e me disseram que liberavam este exame, voltei ao médico e para meu espanto fui atendida aos berros e completamente descontrolado pelo médico, dizendo que ele não daria o pedido, se quisesse era para procurar outro médico, sem nem me dar a chance de explicar a situação.

I contacted the insurance company and they told me they released this exam, I went back to the doctor and to my astonishment I was answered screaming and completely out of control by the doctor, saying that he would not give the request, if he wanted it was to look for another doctor, without even me give a chance to explain the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para atendimento de baixa complexidade o med urgência é excelente, já fui atendida algumas vezes pelo Dr Rodrigo e uma vez pelo Dr Jeferson. Sempre pedem exames durante o dia e a noite é bem tranquilo e rápido, só teve e uma vez que demorou um pouco mais pq a demanda de atendimento estava alta. Ontem às 00h30 fui com meu filho buscar atendimento pois estamos com uma gripe muito forte e fomos bem atendidos pelo Dr Rodrigo que fez uma ótima avaliação clínica, eu já fui medicada no local e ele nos orientou se não houvesse melhora para retornar e fazer exames. A enfermeira que nos recepcionou foi muito legal e tbm nos atendeu muito bem e foi muito humanizada com meu filho. Se eu tivesse ido no hospital por exemplo o do centro com toda certeza ficaria horas.
