★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 estrela não faria exame aqui demora muito pra se ter o diagnóstico depois é os funcionários, não sabem atender conforme ,nem fazem as perguntas se o paciente ingeriu algo ou etc se tem algum problema adverso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente nota 2. Muito confuso o atendimento! No período de pandemia os pacientes ficam a menos de 30 cm um dos outros. Vou esperar a consulta e exames pra tentar melhorar a minha experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico Dr Werton é um Excelente profissional. Porém ele deveria colocar uma pessoa cm o mínimo de gentileza para recepcionar os pacientes. Porquê a grossa q atende pelo nome de Márcia, não tem o mínimo de prepara para trabalhar de recepcionista, pelo contrário atende super mal e é extremamente grossa, quando ela é solicitada pra prestar informações básicas. cm se estivesse fazendo um favor aos pacientes. A Medgastro merece uma recepcionista q não pense q atender bem seja uma obrigação. #indignado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Meu sogro hoje foi fazer uma endoscopia, chegou lá de 8 horas da manhã e foi fazer o exame já era 5 horas da tarde roxo de fome, mas não tinha só ele mas outras pessoas idosas que também estava passando mal.
Foi a primeira e última vez que vou nesta clinica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é confortável mas a demora é insuportável, fui realizar uma endoscopia cheguei lá de 7 horas e fui saí às 5 horas o médico é excelente mas a atendente é péssima.
