★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 17 de fevereiro marquei uma consulta que só tinha "vaga" hoje (04/03/2022) com a ginecologista e chegando no local fiquei esperando e só depois falaram que ela não pôde vir, nem me mandaram uma mensagem avisando, e o pior é que eu sou de outra cidade, acordei de 4h00 da manhã e fui de carro particular para receber uma notícia dessas na clínica, voltei para casa com as mãos abanando.
O próximo dia que ela vai "estar" na clínica é dia (18/03) ou seja, daqui 15 dias, já esperei demais e não vou perder meu tempo para tratar os ovários policísticos não, nem que eu pague mais caro em outra clínica só para ser atendida. Tive uma péssima experiência! Falta de organização e de sensibilidade por parte dos funcionários.
Aqui está a minha indignação.
On February 17th I made an appointment that only had "vacancy" today (03/04/2022) with the gynecologist and when I arrived at the place I waited and only later they said that she couldn't come, they didn't even send me a message letting me know, and the worst It's just that I'm from another city, I woke up at 4:00 in the morning and went by private car to receive such news at the clinic, I returned home empty-handed.
The next day she will "be" at the clinic is (03/18) that is, 15 days from now, I've waited too long and I'm not going to waste my time to treat the polycystic ovaries, even if I pay more at another clinic just to be served. I had a bad experience! Lack of organization and sensitivity on the part of employees.
Here is my indignation.
