Ăs atendentes deveriam ter mais cautela nas informaçÔes, pois me passaram como consulta marcada, quando na verdade Ă© por ordem de chegada. Este fato me causou transtorno em meus compromissos. A paciente foi minha irmĂŁ, Maysa de Almeida Duarte.

It is the best medical clinic in Duque de Caxias, with excellent service and trained professionals for an excellent evaluation of patients. â â â â â NĂŁo tive uma boa experiĂȘncia..Por telefone fui informada que o mĂ©dico cardiologista atendia a partir das 09h e me pediram pra chegar de preferĂȘncia Ă s 07:30 pois ele atendia muitos pacientes..ao chegar na clĂnica e apĂłs o pagamento fui informada que o doutor sĂł chegaria DEPOIS DAS 11:00!!! ou seja, foram mais de 3 horas esperando para ser atendida. Um absurdo! FuncionĂĄrios foram educados mas o tempo de espera foi enorme, um desgaste para quem estĂĄ pagando por um serviço particular.
I didn't have a good experience.. By phone I was informed that the cardiologist attended from 9 am and they asked me to arrive preferably at 7:30 am because he saw many patients.. when I arrived at the clinic and after payment I was informed that the doctor would only arrive AFTER 11:00!!! that is, there were more than 3 hours waiting to be answered. Nonsense! Staff were polite but the waiting time was enormous, a drain on those paying for a particular service.

â â â â â Tive uma pĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia nessa clĂnica. As recepcionistas precisam de preparo e supervisĂŁo competente. Doutor Ricardo Ă© um excelente mĂ©dico mas precisa ser mais atento com relação a dinĂąmica da demora na espera que acaba se tornando uma falta de respeito para com o paciente.
I had a bad experience at this clinic. Receptionists need competent preparation and supervision. Doctor Ricardo is an excellent doctor, but he needs to be more attentive to the dynamics of the delay in waiting, which ends up becoming a lack of respect for the patient.

â â â â â Gostei muito da experiĂȘncia de realizar o meu exame admissional no Centro MĂ©dico.
A ClĂnica tem 3 anos e estĂĄ super conservada, mas com a aparĂȘncia de recĂ©m inaugurada.
As atendentes sĂŁo muito atenciosas, realizei os exames com muita agilidade, apenas o exame clĂnico demorou um pouco, mas gostei muito.
Parabéns a todos.

The Clinic is 3 years old and is super conserved, but with the appearance of newly opened.
The attendants are very attentive, I performed the exams very quickly, only the clinical examination took a while, but I liked it a lot.

â â â â â Tanto admissional como o demissional Ă© uma espera absurda, tratam a gente como se nĂŁo tivesse outros compromissos ou vida pessoal, a espera Ă© no mĂnimo 2 horas. Tem que ficar perguntando atendimento de uma mĂĄ vontade da recepção.
Both admission and dismissal are an absurd wait, they treat us as if they had no other commitments or personal life, the wait is at least 2 hours. You have to keep asking service of a bad will from the reception.

Meu pai estava se consultando com o tal do Dr Ricardo, ele passou vĂĄrios exames pro meu pai, de sangue, ultras, raio X... fizemos todos os exames, inclusive o raio X foi feito na clĂnica, na revisĂŁo, meu pai estava com o rosto inchado, o medico teve a audĂĄcia de falar que meu pai estava engordando! (SĂł o rosto), meu pai estava com vĂĄrios roxos no peito, o mĂ©dico disse que era Vasinhos. NĂłs exames.apresentou anemia, no Raio X o mĂ©dico disse que meu pai estava com uma pneumonia grave! Passou vĂĄrios medicamentos e ficamos cuidadando dele em casa. Remarcou a volta pra quase 2 meses depois, porĂ©m alguns dias dias depois meu pai continuava piorando. Levamos ele em PetrĂłpolis e levamos os exames que ele fez. E pelos exames que ele fez os mĂ©dicos de PetrĂłpolis identificaram, que na verdade meu pai tinha cĂąncer! Confirmado com outros exames. Infelizmente perdi meu pai, mas nĂŁo confie nessa clĂnica, eles visam dinheiro. Pelo raio X o mĂ©dico de PetrĂłpolis viu que meu pai tinha fissuras nos ossos, e nessa clĂnica aĂ era pneumonia. Fugam, porque querĂamos ajudar meu pai fazendo tudo no particular e sĂł tivemos diagnĂłstico errado! Sou da saĂșde e o mĂ©dico nem interpretou o exame corretamente, a cada questionamento meu, era uma resposta absurda dele!

(Only the face), my father had several bruises on his chest, the doctor said it was Vasinhos. We did exams. he presented anemia, on the X-ray the doctor said that my father had severe pneumonia! He gave him several medications and we took care of him at home. He rescheduled the return to almost 2 months later, but a few days later my father continued to get worse. We took him to PetrĂłpolis and took the exams he did. And from the tests he did, the doctors from PetrĂłpolis identified that my father actually had cancer! Confirmed with other exams. Unfortunately I lost my father, but don't trust this clinic, they aim for money. Through the X-ray, the doctor from PetrĂłpolis saw that my father had cracks in his bones, and in that clinic it was pneumonia. They run away, because we wanted to help my father by doing everything in private and we only got the wrong diagnosis! I'm from health and the doctor didn't even interpret the exam correctly, every question I asked was an absurd answer from him!
