★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo de espera, aproximadamente 2hrs só para cadastro e pagamento de consulta. Total falta de respeito! Poucos funcionários na recepção lotada de pacientes. Numa pandemia clínica lotada! Falta de respeito! Pacientes aguardando médicos que chegam atrasados!

Marquei consulta com o urologista e depois de uma hora e quarenta minutos de espera (01:40h), fui perguntar a atendente o movito de tanta demora, ela me informou que o referido médico não viria! E se não perguntasse? Estaria lá o dia inteiro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você espera passar por um pesadelo interminável com péssimo atendimento, longa fila de espera, descaso e preços abusivos, esta clínica é ideal para você. Eles simplesmente abusam da pobreza intelectual e material das pessoas da região, que não têm onde recorrer quando não conseguem atendimento público, e que acabam se conformando com o que é oferecido ali. Na última segunda-feira (12/08/19), por exemplo, o atendimento do neurologista Júlio Simões estava previsto para começar às 19h. Sem a menor explicação aos pacientes, porém, esse profissional que se considera médico chegou atrasadíssimo e só começou a atender mais de três horas depois e nem sequer prestou contas ou a mínima desculpa pra quem quer que seja. O curioso ainda é que uma das próprias recepcionistas chegou a comentar que há vezes em que ele liga pra clínica em cima da hora pra dizer que simplesmente não estará ali, deixando todos os pacientes na mão. A situação é tão igual (ou pior) à do serviço público, que tais coisas são ditas assim na maior naturalidade, sem um pingo de indignação.
Resumo da ópera: fuja deste lugar. Pelo valor de 200 reais a consulta, a qualidade do que é oferecido é no mínimo vergonhosa, se quisermos usar um termo mais educado aqui.
If you expect to experience an endless nightmare of lousy care, long waiting times, neglect and abusive pricing, this clinic is right for you. They simply abuse the intellectual and material poverty of the people of the region, who have nowhere to turn to when they cannot get public service, and who eventually settle for what is offered there. Last Monday (12/08/19), for example, the care of neurologist Júlio Simões was scheduled to start at 19h. Without the slightest explanation to the patients, however, this professional who considers himself a doctor arrived very late and only started attending more than three hours later and didn't even give an account or the slightest excuse to anyone. The curious thing is that one of the receptionists even commented that there are times when he calls the clinic at the right time to say that he simply will not be there, leaving all the patients at hand. The situation is so similar (or worse) to the public service that such things are said so naturally, without a shred of indignation.
Opera summary: Escape this place. For the value of 200 reais the consultation, the quality of what is offered is at least shameful, if we want to use a more polite term here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu havia marcado dermatologista na Medical Saúde de Santo Aleixo, aí já começou o transtorno, no horário da consulta fui informada que a médica não iria comparecer e me orientaram a procurar a filial de Piabetá. No dia da consulta em Piabetá, além da longa espera num ambiente lotado em plena pandemia, o médico mal olhou na minha cara e muito menos me examinou direito.
Hoje era dia do retorno no dermatologista e mais uma vez só fui informada que o médico não iria na hora da consulta.
A Medical Saúde deve achar que somos otários, R$ 100,00 de consulta, quase R$ 400,00 de um remédio que não serviu pra nada, péssimo atendimento da recepção ao médico. O SUS é melhor, joguei meu dinheiro fora na Medical Saúde, NÃO RECOMENDO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O maior problema dessa clínica é que eles não têm respeito pelo paciente. Marcam um horário e os médicos chegam DUAS HORAS depois. Eu tenho que fazer um esforço pra conseguir sair do meu trabalho e chegar na hora, mas de que adianta? Eu perco duas horas por causa da irresponsabilidade dos médicos e da clínica. Isso aconteceu várias vezes, com médicos diferentes. Total falta de respeito.
The biggest problem with this clinic is that they have no respect for the patient. Make an appointment and the doctors arrive TWO HOURS later. I have to make an effort to get out of my job and be on time, but what's the point? I lose two hours because of the irresponsibility of the doctors and the clinic.
