Top notch. Very responsible, considerate, serious and human. In an emergency situation with my cat, without knowing me, they went to pick it up and leave it, they treated him, he was hospitalized and they left it for me to pay only when he was discharged, I coordinated the entire service out of town, not only for money, they always attend me quickly. on what'sapp. My cat had to return the other day, they didn't charge for the trip, or consultation, only the medicine. I recommend it a thousand times.

I didn't have a good experience with the clinic. I took my pet after a fall, the Doctor who attended me did the x-ray, said that nothing had broken and she was just going to put on a splint that would be good. after I took off the splint she didn't walk back to normal. I took it to an orthopedist at another clinic and he told me she had torn the joint and must have had surgery the same day to regain movement. I had the surgery afterwards but I couldn't recover as it had been a long time and there wasn't much to be done. Ended up with the sequel

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT LEAVE HIM IN THIS CLINIC. NEVER. A kitten with cancer had surgery there and they left the poor guy unable to blink or close his eyes to sleep. They performed a totally botched surgery, caused several damages to the kitten, who had to undergo many corrective surgeries. They didn't even bear the cost of corrections. The kitten was diagnosed with Fecaloma, which after x-ray and ultrasound examinations at another clinic, was proven to have no Fecaloma. Irresponsible doctor, irresponsible clinic, mercenary and without any love or respect for the profession. If you love your pet, please don't take him to this clinic. I took a healthy French Bulldog puppy for elective surgery, a corrective “cherry eye” surgery. Surgery considered low risk, however, required general anesthesia. Well, I trusted the veterinary surgeon, who is also technically responsible for the establishment, that the procedure would be safe and that my pet's eyes would be normal. I took it the first time and the dog came out with the eye pretty much the same. He said he was operated on, however, due to the procedure, “the site is swollen” and he prescribed antibiotics, etc., which I bought at the clinic itself.Ok. I gave all the medications, strictly on schedule, waiting for the local “swelling” to subside and for the final positive result to appear. Ten days later, it got worse, I sent a photo and the vet said I would need to redo it. Take a good look: placing a bulldog on an operating table again, to be exposed to general anesthesia, with all the particularities of the breed, a brachycephalic animal, with breathing difficulties, unfortunately, the breed standard. At this moment, he insists that I take it right away, take advantage of an anesthesiologist who would be there, different from the first, guaranteeing, I repeat, guaranteeing, that the same anesthetic protocol would be used as in the previous surgery, that inhalation anesthesia would be used, which, for those who understand and research, is believed to be the safest, even more so in delicate animals such as bulldogs. I gave in and took the pet again. This “new” anesthesiologist did not contact me at any time. He did not request new preoperative tests. Ah, but he had performed it before the first surgery. It had, but after this first procedure, the animal used antibiotics, anti-inflammatories. As a matter of prudence, I should have requested further tests. It took me, unfortunately, 10 days after the first procedure, to REDO what should HAVE BEEN DONE WELL the first time. And the animal enters alive and healthy and leaves dead, inside a box, without explanation, without medical records, without anesthetic record, with the justification of “fatality”. Fatality is a person tripping on the street, hitting their head on a rock, having a head injury and dying as a result. What happened in that damn place was not fatality, but cruelty, first of all. Because anyone who is not a tutor or pet owner, but a mother, as I am one of mine, knows that what I am reporting here is inhumanity, absurdity, it is unacceptable. You are there, waiting, anxiously outside, to welcome your child alive and well. Even more so because her puppy wasn't sick, hadn't been run over, wasn't in danger of dying. And died! He died at the hands of those who swear they will take care of the client's pet as if it were their own. That guarantees that the best anesthesia will be performed, the safest and doesn't know what it says. Because he guaranteed me inhalational anesthesia and I, after fifteen days, practically begging this anesthesiologist to send me the blessed anesthetic record, I found it written: totally intravenous anesthesia. I confront the responsible veterinarian, answer: “the anesthesiologist has his protocol”. Do you have his protocol!?? His protocol is the cheapest!? He had an obligation to discuss this protocol with me before the procedure. I was deceived, I was wronged, I was mortally wounded. My Children Pets are priceless. And in these three weeks after it happened, I've been trying to recover from what these "professionals" did to me. I'm not a layperson by any means, and by no means will you go unpunished. I will never accept a “that dog of yours had to die”, “I don't know what happened”. Prove, in justice, that my pet was not killed; Defend yourself against a complaint with the Regional Council of Veterinary Medicine. Prepare the lawyers, because it is certain that the process will run!
