★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é bom confortável e aconchegante, já não pode se dizer o mesmo do atendimento existe 5 posições de atendimento e o tempo de check in é muito longo, cerca de 25 minutos, lento e mal organizado. Serviço de internet é precário.
O corpo clinico é variado, com nomes renomados, mas o agendamento também é um pouco complicado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é possível que todos esses comentários estejam se referindo à clínica Medicina Resolutiva em Guaratinguetá - SP. De fato o lugar é bem apresentado e o atendimento médico pode ser bom, dependendo do médico, mas o tempo de espera é absurdo! Você agenda um horário e nunca é atendido com menos de uma hora de atraso. Já fiz reclamações através de um formulário distribuído na portaria, mas nunca me deram um retorno. Eu desisti de me consultar lá porque nunca consegui ser atendido, a consulta sempre atrasa mais do que eu posso esperar. E o mesmo sempre acontece com minha esposa e minha filha. Esse mês mesmo um médico de lá pediu um procedimento "com urgência" para minha filha, mas as atendentes não agendaram e não deram retorno.
It is not possible that all of these comments are referring to the Resolutive Medicine clinic in Guaratinguetá - SP. In fact the place is well presented and the medical care can be good, depending on the doctor, but the waiting time is absurd! You schedule an appointment and are never served less than an hour late. I have already made complaints through a form distributed at the reception, but they never gave me a return. I gave up on consulting there because I was never able to be attended, the consultation always delays more than I can expect. And the same always happens with my wife and daughter. That same month a doctor there asked for a procedure "urgently" for my daughter, but the attendants did not schedule and did not return.
