★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O gerente te atende de maneira grosseira, quase gritando, bem pouco profissional. São inflexíveis e antiquados quanto a comprovação de renda para trabalhador PJ. Teve um momento em que tive que pedir para ele me ouvir sem interromper. E olha que eu só estava negociando um contrato de aluguel, imagina se estivesse precisando dele pra resolver algum problema. Não recomendo a ninguém essa imobiliária.
The manager assumes you in a rude way, almost shouting, very unprofessional. They are adamant and outdated in terms of proof of income for PJ workers. There was a moment when I had to ask him to listen to me without interrupting. And look, I was just negotiating a lease, imagine if I was needing it to solve a problem. I do not recommend this real estate to anyone.

tentamos um acordo para renovação do contrato e eles propuseram reformas custeadas por nós inquilinos para renovar contrato em fim amigos ,queriam a reforma para pedir a casa de volta.

I live in a house rented by my sister at Rua Souza Dias 128 vital Brasil.
this house is paid for by me Mirian, rented AT IMOBILIÁRIA MEDINA IMOVEIS, the house was all made up, after a month it collapsed, appeals to the IMOBILIÁRIA were many, and this DEDONESTA real estate never took any action
we tried an agreement to renew the contract and they proposed renovations paid for by us tenants to renew the contract in the end friends, they wanted the renovation to ask for the house back.
I make an appeal NEVER RENT OR BUY ANYTHING AT IMOBILIÁRIA MEDINA IMOVEIS IN NITEROI RJ, AND THE WORST IMOBILIÁRIA IN BRAZIL.
On top of that, the realtor asked me to fix everything that was WRONG IN THE HOUSE, MY SISTER FIXED WHAT WAS ALREADY DESTROYED IN THE HOUSE, 1 MONTH AFTER I WAS LIVING THERE.
I HAVE EVERYTHING CATALOGED BUT MR MEDINA IS SO LAWLESS THAT HE IS THREATENING TO SUE ME, SEE JUST A POWERFUL MAN THREATENING A CONSUMER THAT DEMANDS HIS RIGHTS BEYOND PHOTOGRAPHING AND CATALOGING EVERYTHING.
I ASK THE AUTHORITIES TO ENFORCE THE RIGHTS OF FREEDOM AND EXPRESSION, AND THAT THE CONSUMER IS NOT CRUSHED BY ABUSIVE COMPANIES LIKE THIS.
