★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento na recepção, agendei um exame cintilografia para pesquisa de DRGE, o mesmo estava marcado para as 8:30, no primeiro dia cheguei atrasado, e o mesmo foi remarcado para o outro dia, devido a um imprevisto, atrasaria novamente 15minutos para não perder tempo liguei para a clinica infomando que chegaria as 8:45 e a mesma me disse que não haveria problema, chegue exatemente no horario combinado por telefone, quando chego na clinica a recepcionista me liga dizendo que não poderia fazer o exame por que não cheguei no horario, e que a moça que falou comigo por telefone era da administração e não deveria ter dado essa informação, todo contato de que tive com ela fui tratado de forma rispida e grosseira, além disso imagine deixar uma crinça de 2 anos 6 horas de jejum, ter combinado uma situação e ser tratado dessa forma. Sou médico e fiu a este local por indicação de outra colega, mas devido a destrato que essa clinica tem com seus pacientes não recomendo de forma alguma.
Pessimo service at the reception, I scheduled a scintigraphy exam for GERD research, it was scheduled for 8:30, on the first day I arrived late, and the same was rescheduled for the next day, due to an unforeseen, it would delay 15 minutes again for not wasting time I called the clinic informing that it would arrive at 8:45 am and she told me that there would be no problem, arrive exactly at the scheduled time by phone, when I arrive at the clinic the receptionist calls me saying that I could not take the exam because I did not arrive on the schedule, and that the girl who spoke to me by phone was from the administration and should not have given this information, every contact I had with her was treated harshly and rudely, in addition imagine leaving a child of 2 years 6 hours of fasting, combining a situation and being treated that way. I am a doctor and I went to this place at the recommendation of another colleague, but due to the destructiveness that this clinic has with its patients I do not recommend it in any way.
