★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peixe bom, cerveja gelada, preço razoável, atendimento mais ou menos, os garçons somem, tem que ficar com o braço levantado até que o cara que está lá dentro do aquário veja e mande alguém te atender, garçom chega na tua mesa que está colando de suja e pergunta o que você quer, sem um cardápio na mão, sem nada..., Mas pode melhorar, o lugar é legal, só falta um pouco de atenção e treinamento ...

Já foi muuuuito bom....
Visitei a loja física antes da pandemia e apesar do péssimo atendimento, as batatas estavam deliciosas.
Semana passada realizei um pedido pelo ifood. O pedido chegou com 1hora de atraso, faltando ingredientes pelos quais eu paguei e o pior de tudo é que chamei no chat do ifood reclamando da falta e simplesmente não me responderam.
Fiquei extremamente decepcionada!
Não recomendo!!!!
Perdi dinheiro, mas me perderam como cliente.
Hoje, dia 09/06/2021 meu problema foi resolvido e volto a ser cliente da "Mega Batata".
Matheus respondeu a mensagem que enviei via WhatsApp no número que foi indicado e prontamente resolveu TD o ocorrido!
Agradeço a atenção!

It was soooo good....
I visited the physical store before the pandemic and despite the poor service, the potatoes were delicious.
Last week I placed an order for food. The order arrived 1 hour late, missing ingredients for which I paid and the worst thing is that I called the ifood chat complaining about the lack and they simply didn't answer me.
I was extremely disappointed!
I do not recommend!!!!
I lost money, but they lost me as a customer.
Today, 06/09/2021, my problem was solved and I'm back to being a "Mega Potato" customer.
Matheus replied to the message I sent via WhatsApp at the number that was indicated and promptly resolved what happened!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os lanches são ótimos, parabéns a qm faz. Só que atendimento é horrível tanto via wpp, qt pessoalmente. Na verdade pessoalmente é pior. Melhorar faz bem. Até pq qm paga o salário dos atendentes, é o público q é destratado. Amo pedir os lanches, só que infelizmente, n da pra pedir um lanche e comer reclamando do péssimo atendimento.
