★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de uma bateria no começo de agosto em um mês a bateria inchou até abriu o celular... no ato da compra a atendente me informou um prazo maior que 3 meses de garantia,hoje fui fazer uma troca e a conversa foi outra. Disse que a garantia era apenas de 1 mês,sendo que o prazo legal pelo Procon é 3 meses meses bens não perecíveis... entrei fazendo uma denúncia ao Procon e espero que outros clientes lesados tambem façam...
 I bought a battery in the beginning of August in a month the battery swelled until I opened the cell phone... upon purchase the attendant informed me that the warranty period was longer than 3 months, today I went to make an exchange and the conversation was different . I said that the warranty was only for 1 month, and the legal term for Procon is 3 months non-perishable goods... I filed a complaint with Procon and I hope that other injured customers do too...
