★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Comprei um display só que não estava funcionando e percebi que que estava faltando um parafuso. Cheguei lá para trocar houve demora e ainda os funcionários tratando como se eu que tivesse perdido o parafuso. Após toda enrolação me informaram que seria 50% meu para pegar um novo display, claro que não quis até porque para loja eles não iriam perder nada. Preferir pagar em outro lugar que possa me atender melhor! E agora vocês perderam o cliente!
Terrible attendance! Just bought a display that was not working and realized that it was missing a screw. I got there to exchange there was delay and even the staff treating them as if I had lost that the screw. After all runaround informed me that 50% would be mine to pick up a new display, of course not wanted to because for store they would not miss anything. Prefer to pay in another place that can suit me best! And now you have lost the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te vende peça quebrada, você volta pra trocar dizem que é sua culpa, no mesmo dia que fiz a compra os próprios funcionários encontrando peças quebradas no meio de outras. Não tem espaço pra teste de peça já pra evitar que veja a bomba na hora, credibilidade zero, consideração com o cliente menos ainda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bateria do Motorola G5s e dentro do prazo que eles estabelecem de 30 dias a bateria deu problema e fui trocar , eles não tinham outra bateria e pediram para eu retornar posteriormente,mesmo que passasse do prazo pois eu já os notifiquei sobre o defeito da bateria. Hoje fui lá novamente e não quiseram fazer a troca pois argumentaram que estava fora do prazo de garantia, sendo que eu os avisei dentro do prazo mas eles não tinham a bateria para trocar, só me reembolsaram o valor pago após eu acionar o 190 pedindo a presença de uma VT para formalizar a ocorrência.
Queriam me dar uma bateria usada e sem renovar a garantia .
Sinceramente eu não indico, comprem em qualquer lugar menos nessa loja. Vão ter dor de cabeça.
I bought a Motorola G5s battery and within the deadline they set of 30 days the battery gave a problem and I went to change it, they didn't have another battery and asked me to return it later, even if it passed the deadline because I already notified them about the defect of the drums. Today I went there again and they didn't want to make the exchange because they argued that it was out of the warranty period, and I told them within the deadline but they didn't have the battery to change, they only refunded the amount paid after I called the 190 asking for the presence of a VT to formalize the occurrence.
They wanted to give me a used battery without renewing the warranty.
Honestly I do not indicate, buy anywhere but this store. They're going to have a headache.
