Comprei um determinado colchão e poucos dias antes da entrega me ligaram informando que o colchão escolhido havia acabado e se poderiam me mandar outro no lugar, mas que teria acréscimo de 17,00 reais no valor. Quando a mercadoria chegou eu não gostei, pedi o estorno da compra (dentro do prazo de 7 dias do CDC) e não quiseram me atender me mandaram simplesmente procurar o procon.
 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I bought a particular mattress and a few days before delivery they called me informing me that the mattress chosen had run out and if they could send me another one instead, but that there would be an increase of 17.00 reais in value. When the goods arrived I didn't like it, I asked for a refund of the purchase (within 7 days from the CDC) and they didn't want to answer me, they just sent me to look for the procon.
