★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato via chat, via email, msn.... pra ter mais informações sobre um leilão e simplesmente não respondem nem dão qualquer tipo de satisfação. Agora vendo as avaliações por aqui e no site do reclame aqui, entendo melhor. A judiciário paulista precisa ser informado da incompetência e falta total de profissionalismo dessa empresa para descredenciá-la.
I contacted via chat, email, msn .... to have more information about an auction and simply do not respond or give any satisfaction. Now seeing the reviews here and the complaint site here, I understand better. The São Paulo judiciary needs to be informed of the incompetence and total lack of professionalism of this company to discredit it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui refazer o meu feedback em relação a mega, apesar dos entraves da pandemia e de uma ou outra situação, duas pessoas decidiram pegar o meu caso para dar uma solução definitiva, a doutora Caroline e o doutor Carlos, eu deixo aqui os meus cumprimentos para eles, pois são pessoas providas de boa comunicação, empenho e determinação, vontade de resolver os problemas, cumprimento também o Mateus que sempre me atendeu de maneira muito profissional, graças a esses profissionais eu posso dizer que voltaria e voltarei a fazer negócios com a mega leilões.
I come here to redo my feedback regarding the mega, despite the obstacles of the pandemic and of one or another situation, two people decided to take my case to give a definitive solution, Dr. Caroline and Dr. Carlos, I leave here my regards for them, as they are people with good communication, commitment and determination, willingness to solve problems, I also compliment Mateus who always treated me very professionally, thanks to these professionals I can say that I would come back and do business with mega auctions.

Quando ligava a mega sempre me atendiam me explicavam,o advogado lutou até o fim para dar certo o imóvel mas infelizmente não dependia dele
A mega Leilões me devolveu o dinheiro e a justiça também.
A very serious company, unfortunately my property won't work out, not because of the auction but because of the withdrawal and termination of the process.
When I called the mega I was always assisted, they explained, the lawyer fought until the end to get the property right, but unfortunately I didn't depend on him
Mega Auctions gave me back my money and justice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucas informações a respeito de entrega de lotes , por se tratar de bens em caráter de limão judicial , não setem qualquer prazo para entrega , efetuei várias compras , penhora , falências etc ...
Alguns já tem quase 6 meses e ainda nem previsão de posse dos bens arrematados .
Para investimento a curto prazo não recomendo de nenhuma forma .
Já para a longo prazo pode ser interessante.
Bem está vendo os leilões e achando que vai comprar e já pegar o produto esqueça isso , aguarde no mínimo em torno de 6 meses .

Para mim deveria ser informado os prazos praticados normalmente para a entrega de lotes arreamatados , , tbem o problema e que não há uma lei que obriga a entrega em determinado prazo com isso , seu dinheiro ficara preso , e não há possibilidade de reaver sem o leilão ser cancelado , ou sustado

Some have almost 6 months and are not even expected to own the goods purchased.
For short term investment I do not recommend it at all.
For the long term, it can be interesting.
Well, you are looking at the auctions and thinking that you are going to buy and get the product, forget it, wait at least around 6 months.

For me , the deadlines normally practiced for the delivery of auctioned lots should be informed , , there is also the problem and that there is no law that requires delivery within a certain period with this , your money will be stuck , and there is no possibility of recovering without the auction be canceled , or stopped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isso é uma fraude tremenda. Cai nesse golpe e estou sem receber o produto desde julho/2021. Mando e-mail perguntando e eles so me mandam aguardar homologação de juiz. Não caiam nessa roubada
This is a tremendous fraud. I fell for this scam and I have not received the product since July 2021. I send an e-mail asking and they just tell me to wait for the judge's approval. don't fall for this robbery
