Na segunda vez a loja não se deu ao trabalho nem mesmo de substituir o produto que eu havia devolvido. Desrespeito total com o cliente! Não recomendo essa loja em hipótese alguma. Ressalto que não busco aqui nenhuma solução para o problema, pois nem acredito que vocês tenham competência para isso. O que eu busco aqui é alertar os outros consumidores para que não sejam enganados como eu fui, já que recebi, POR DUAS VEZES, produto divergente do que comprei. E se vocês souberem ler, verão que a minha postagem não é a única negativa aqui. E, além disso, vocês têm uma acusação bem grave postada no Reclame Aqui por algum outro consumidor e que nunca foi respondida por vocês.
I bought a product through the Submarine and the store sent me, twice in a row, a different product than I had bought. The second time the store did not bother to even replace the product I had returned. total disregard for the customer! I do not recommend this store at all. I emphasize that I am not looking for a solution to the problem here, because I do not believe that you have the competence to do so. What I am looking for here is to alert the other consumers not to be deceived as I was, since I received, IN TWO TIMES, product divergent of what I bought. And if you know how to read, you'll find that my post is not the only negative here. And, furthermore, you have a very serious charge posted on the Complaint Here by some other consumer that has never been answered by you.
