Nem para famílias nem confraternizações nem encontros de igrejas.
Ambiente sujo.
Chuveiros quebrados piscinas sujas tobogã não funciona e está em péssimos estado. Uma experiência para ser esquecida de tão rui.
I don't recommend this place.
Not for families or get-togethers or church gatherings.
Dirty environment.
Broken showers dirty pools toboggan does not work and is in disrepair. An experience not to be missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei péssimo, o chão do salão muito sujo, mesas e cadeiras encardidas, o bufet péssimo também, comida muito ruim, fria e feia, o ambiente tinha tudo para ser ótimo porém a gestão é péssima
I thought it was terrible, the floor of the room was very dirty, tables and chairs were dirty, the buffet was also terrible, the food was very bad, cold and ugly, the atmosphere had everything to be great but the management is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar totalmente abandonado fedorento com cheiro de mofo horrível teia de aranha pra todo lado...eu vi uns comentários falando mal mas achei que era exagero mais infelizmente não foi lugar muito nojento..... piscina foi um caso a parte nen c quer limpar um dia antes porque era a única coisa pra curtir as quadras não existe....a eficiência dela só foi pra receber o pagamento por assim que viu a gente chega já estava com a maquininha de passa cartão que alguns iriam paga na chegada não recomendo nen passa na a porta ???...
Totally abandoned stinky place with a horrible musty smell with spider webs everywhere...I saw some comments saying bad things but I thought it was an exaggeration but unfortunately it wasn't a very disgusting place..... swimming pool was a case apart. clean the day before because it was the only thing to enjoy the courts does not exist.... her efficiency was only to receive payment because as soon as she saw us arrive she already had the card swipe machine that some would pay on arrival no I recommend not going through the door ???...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive lá em outros anos e realmente precisa de uma reforma em alguns lugares, especialmente nos banheiros. O sítio é amplo, com área verde, quadras, piscinas.
Senti falta de escadas para sair e entrar na piscina, também de acesso para caderante. Para ir ao salão também só escadas, não tem uma rampa. Não olhei os quartos, pois passamos somente o dia.
I've been there in other years and it really needs a renovation in some places, especially the bathrooms. The site is large, with green areas, courts, swimming pools.
I missed stairs to get out and into the pool, also wheelchair access. To go to the hall also only stairs, there is no ramp. I didn't look at the rooms, as we only spent the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente um desprazer, devido a expectativa com o que nos foi prometido e com o que nos ofereceram no momento. Alugamos o sítio para o fim de semana, chegamos ao local e as 3 piscinas estavam sujas e o responsável pela limpeza começou fazer a limpeza no dia e parecia está embriagado. A responsável pela locação disse que seria rapidinho, no final liberou um piscina das 3 que havia, no entanto a piscina liberada continuo suja com algumas folhas e galhos. A piscina com tobogã estava suja, e além disso o próprio tobogã estava danificado tanto o escorregador, como a bomba d'agua que deveria lançar água no tobogã.
Quartos com chuveiros frios, e não estavam limpos. Banheiro do lado de fora da casa com apenas um quente, todos os demais frios.
Alimentação seria completa, porém não foi oferecido o que nos prometeu além disso não era tão "à vontade" assim, pois café da manhã pães com poucos frios e no pão ou era mussarela ou era presunto, quando acabava na bandeja trazia mais 2 ou 3 pães, e ao solicitarmos mais traziam novamente 2 ou 3 pães, ao invés de servir tudo na bandeja e deixar todos a vontade, ficava aquela miséria controlada. Lembrando que pagamos o lazer completo com refeição e tudo. Por fim comunicação com a responsável do local péssima, não era um pessoa disponível para conversar, e além disso havia uma ironia sarcástica que deixavam todos desconfortáveis. Para que a equipe pudesse aproveitar o lema foi, já estamos aqui então bora aproveitar o que for possível. Não voltaremos e não indicamos ninguém a ir. Faltou mais honestidade e clareza.
Unfortunately, a displeasure, due to the expectation with what was promised to us and with what we were offered at the moment. We rented the place for the weekend, we arrived at the place and the 3 pools were dirty and the cleaning person started cleaning on the day and seemed to be drunk. The person in charge of the lease said it would be quick, in the end she released a pool of 3 that there was, however the pool released is still dirty with some leaves and branches. The pool with toboggan was dirty, and in addition the toboggan itself was damaged, both the slide and the water pump that was supposed to throw water into the toboggan.
Rooms with cold showers, and were not clean. Bathroom outside the house with only one hot, all others cold.
Food would be complete, but we were not offered what we were promised, and it was not so "at ease" like that, because breakfast breads with few cold cuts and on the bread it was either mozzarella or ham, when it ended up on the tray I brought 2 or 3 more loaves of bread, and when we asked for more, they brought 2 or 3 loaves of bread again, instead of serving everything on the tray and leaving everyone at ease, there was that controlled misery. Remembering that we paid for the complete leisure with meal and everything. Finally, communication with the manager of the place was terrible, she was not a person available to talk to, and in addition there was a sarcastic irony that made everyone uncomfortable. So that the team could take advantage of the motto was, we're already here so let's enjoy it as much as possible. We won't be back and we don't recommend anyone to go. It lacked more honesty and clarity.
