★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não moro no rio e estive na loja física , a loja é maravilhosa muita variedade e preços excelentes, porém, o atendimento das vendedoras péssimo mau olharam na minha cara se quer sabiam que eu estava ali conversam todo tempo entre elas sobre assuntos particulares para saber algo de algum produto tinha que perguntar diversas vezes … a loja é top mas no meu primeiro atendimento físico decepcionante , vendedoras pouco se importam com cliente não estão nem aí , lamentável!
I don't live on the river and I've been to the physical store, the store is wonderful, lots of variety and excellent prices, however, the service from the sellers was awful, they looked me in the face if they even knew I was there, they talked all the time between them about private matters to find out something I had to ask for some product several times… the store is top but in my first physical service disappointing, sellers don't care much about the customer, they don't care, it's a pity!
