Funcionários são grosseiros, não têm preparo para lidar com pessoas. Proprietários e moradores estamos todos
horrorizados. Síndica trocou uma empresa sólida e experiente por empresas menores, pouco conhecidas e sem experiência, como esta.
Importante frisar que Funcionarios desta empresa deveriam ser FUNCIONÁRIOS DO CONDOMÍNIO e deveriam trabalhar PARA O CONDOMÍNIO, exclusivamente.
Mas estes funcionários aceitam infringir as normas do Regimento Interno do Condomínio e recolhem o Lixo de pessoas amigas da síndica, lavam seus carros no Cond (!?)
Com isso, muitos proprietários e condôminos ali estão irritados com estes empregados e com síndica e “amigos dela” (uns três ou quatro sem escrúpulos)
.
Além disso, gasta-se todo mês pequena fortuna com material de limpeza para piscina e.a água da piscina está sempre turva e suja. E o mais PREOCUPANTE é que Cloro, não se percebe na água. Não se sente o cheiro característico e forte, natural do cloro, na água. Um senhorzinho de idade passa o aspirador na piscina e liga o filtro. Só. Entretanto, o cloro, pelo menos na quantidade adequada e correta parece não estar sendo utilizado.
Preocupante demais! Este cuidado está sendo relevado a segundo plano.
O alerta aqui é de alguns proprietários e investidores em relação a esta empresa.

Very bad company MEGA SERVIÇOS TERCEIRIZADOS that operates in Condominiums.
Employees are rude, unprepared to deal with people. Owners and residents are all
horrified. Síndica exchanged a solid and experienced company for smaller, little-known and inexperienced companies, like this one.
It is important to emphasize that Employees of this company should be EMPLOYEES OF THE CONDOMINIUM and should work FOR THE CONDOMINIUM, exclusively.
But these employees accept to infringe the rules of the Internal Regulations of the Condominium and collect garbage from people who are friends of the syndica, wash their cars in the Cond (!?)
As a result, many owners and tenants there are irritated with these employees and with the manager and “her friends” (about three or four without scruples)
.
In addition, a small fortune is spent every month on cleaning supplies for the swimming pool and the pool water is always cloudy and dirty. And the most worrying thing is that Chlorine is not noticeable in water. You don't feel the characteristic and strong, natural smell of chlorine in the water.
