Não tenho o que reclamar dos vendedores, mais fiquei decepcionado hoje, pois comprei as varas de suspensão da Brastemp mundial, e a mesma veio a levantar a pontas a pós 2 meses de uso vindo a despencar o cesto, a cliente tem a máquina a mais de 30 anos nunca aconteceu algo desse tipo as vara originais só foi trocadas porque as molas estavam enferrujadas e sem pressão, levei as mesmas até a loja o gerente me falou que não tinha garantia e peças mecânicas, pasma me porque no concorrente te três meses de garantia! E o mesmo alegou que foi excesso de peso, aí eu pergunto se foi excesso de peso
Como que as originais durou 30anos! portanto apartir de hoje deixo de ser cliente vou comprar peças aonde eu posso dar uma garantia para os meus clientes! E a minha reclamação está só comersando pois quem conhece o código do consumidor não fica de braços cruzados.
