★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim... péssimo...A caixa do local sem educação e grosseira! Não tem nenhuma cordialidade! Entrei na Lj para ver uma escova e uma funcionária ficou me seguindo por toda loja me constrangendo, nem ao menos veio me atender.
 Bad ... lousy ... The box of the uneducated and rude place! It has no warmth! I walked into Lj to see a brush and an employee kept following me around the store embarrassing me, not even coming to meet me.

Opening hours informed do not match reality. It says open until 20:00, I arrived at 18:50 and was rudely informed by an employee that it was closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma semana atrás assim que o Governador do estado de SP decretou uma lei liberando o uso obrigatório da máscara, estive na perfumaria e fui constrangida pelas funcionárias exigindo que eu tivesse máscara, como tenho o mínimo de conhecimento e sei dos meus direitos, depois de algum tempo conversamos e fui atendida, por uma vendedora cuja a qual foi muito simpática. Porém mais uma vez me chtieie pois uma das melhores vendedora não mais trabalha na loja a (Simone).
Enfim, não sei se volto mais nessa perfumaria por temos inúmeras opções.
