★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produto é bacana, porém a empresa tem uma equipe de vendas muito ruim, uma logística pior ainda.
Tenho um estabelecimento comercial onde entrei em contato via e-mail com a empresa, e a própria empresa me encaminhou ao representante, depois do pedido fechado, a área de vendas da MELHOR BOCADO entrou em contato dizendo que o representante que eles haviam me encaminhado não poderia me atender, que não faziam entregas na região, e que por conta disso teríamos que pagar um frete, DETALHE depois do pedido negociado e emitido. Acreditando no profissionalismo da empresa, ainda entrei em contato novamente com a MELHOR BOCADO, tentando ainda sim verificar a possibilidade de continuarmos o trabalho. Mas não obtive resultado positivo. Errar todos erram, porém como cliente, não acho certo ou justo, ser penalizado por falta de processo ou procedimentos internos da MELHOR BOCADO, acredito que o "respeito ao cliente é muito importante, e não consegui enxergar em nenhum momento esse respeito, devido ao fato de ter deixado de comprar com outro empresa para trabalhar com eles. Fiquei sem mercadoria, perdi faturamento, e com certeza clientes, no meu ponto de vista isso não é respeito ao cliente. Muito insatisfeito com a MELHOR BOCADO.

I have a business where I contacted the company via email, and the company itself referred me to the representative, after the order was placed, the BEST BIT sales area contacted me saying that the representative they had referred me I could answer, that they did not deliver in the region, and because of that we would have to pay a freight, DETAIL after the order negotiated and issued. Believing in the professionalism of the company, I still contacted the BEST BIT, still trying to verify the possibility of continuing the work. But I did not get a positive result. Err all wrong, but as a customer, I do not think it is right or fair, to be penalized for lack of process or internal procedures of BEST BIT, I believe that "respect for the customer is very important, and could not see this respect at any time, due to I stopped shopping with another company to work with them. I ran out of merchandise, lost revenue, and certainly customers, in my view that's not customer respect. Very dissatisfied with BEST BIT.

Já comi donut de padaria e padaria de supermercado, ambos horríveis. Nem se compara ao Melhor Bocado!

I've eaten bakery donuts and supermarket bakeries, both horrible. It doesn't even compare to the Best Bite!
