★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderiam melhorar no atendimento. Marquei hora no salão (ou seja, já sabiam que iam me atender) e durante o procedimento esperei 1h pra cortar o cabelo pq só uma pessoa cortava e tinha muita gente pra ser atendida sendo que eu cheguei primeiro.
They could improve service. I made an appointment at the salon (that is, they already knew that they were going to see me) and during the procedure I waited 1 hour to cut my hair because only one person cut it and there were a lot of people to be seen and I arrived first.

The work on the hair is excellent, but the communication and punctuality are terrible! I made an appointment in advance at 9am, the hairdresser arrived after 11am !!!
