Fiz uma compra online nos últimos dias e simplesmente venderam 2 produtos (vinhos) que nao existia estoque (ABSURDO, pessima gestão). Entrei em contato, negociamos a troca por outras opções e para me entregarem queriam que pagasse um adicional de frete com a justificativa que era para que eu nao cancelasse a compra. Oi? A falha é da empresa e eu tenho que arcar com mais?Obviamente cancelei e sigo aguardando extorno. Péssima experiência.
3 years ago I bought all my wedding drinks at the store, 100% successful.
I made an online purchase in the last few days and they simply sold 2 products (wines) that did not exist in stock (ABSURD, poor management). I got in touch, we negotiated the exchange for other options and to deliver it to me they wanted me to pay an additional freight with the justification that it was so that I would not cancel the purchase. Hi? Is the company's fault and I have to pay more? I obviously canceled it and I'm still awaiting return. Bad experience.
