Obs: nao fiz nenhum processo químico nele, pois estou gravida. .. Fui na loja procurando falar com proprietario e o mesmo nao se encontrava! Liguei e o atendente nao me direcionou ao dono do estabelecimento, sendo irônico quando mencionei meus direitos como consumidora. . Resumindo perdi o cabelo por ser de qualidade bem inferior e o dinheiro do mesmo !

Se pudesse dava 0 estrelas.
