Não respondem mensagem e quando respondem é de qualquer jeito e com má vontade de prestar informação. Se não são capazes de fazer atendimento online, não façam. Passam a impressão de que não precisam de vendas nem de clientes.
Whatsapp service is horrible, terrible.
They do not respond to messages and when they do, it is in any way and with an unwillingness to provide information. If you can't do online service, don't. They give the impression that they don't need sales or customers.

Foi realizado um pedido através do RAPPI o qual a entrega era de até 1hr, e simplesmente não foi entregue, entrei em contato com a loja através do whatsapp e também telefone sem nenhum retorno, simplesmente aceitaram o pedido, realizaram a cobrança e não entregaram nem dão satisfação.
Literally a disservice to the customer.
An order was made through RAPPI which delivery was up to 1hr, and it was simply not delivered, I contacted the store through whatsapp and also phone without any return, they simply accepted the order, carried out the charge and did not deliver give satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um bolo de pote e um tiramisu outro dia na loja e estavam relativamente velhinhos já. O creme do tiramisu já estava azedando e a aparência de ambos não estava muito legal. Sei que o produto quando está novo é ótimo, mas não tive uma experiência boa dessa vez.
We bought a pot cake and a tiramisu the other day at the store and they were already relatively old. The tiramisu cream was already souring and they both didn't look too good. I know the product when it's new is great, but I didn't have a good experience this time.
