★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem bastante variedade e a loja é bem espaçosa, contudo quase não tem funcionários o que dificulta o atendimento. Os que trabalham lá são gentis e prestativos. Outra coisa é a distribuição dos produtos que poderia se melhorada.
 It has a lot of variety and the store is very spacious, however it has almost no employees which makes service difficult. Those who work there are kind and helpful. Another thing is the distribution of products that could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na loja e um rapaz estava com um Pitbull dentro da loja sem focinheira e sem coleira eu estava com meu filho e nosso pet e o Pitbull veio em nossa direção quase nós atacou isso é inadmissível como o proprietário permite esse tipo de coisa, um cachorro desse estar dentro da loja sem sequer uma corrente colocando em risco a vida das pessoas, sempre comprei nessa loja sou cliente desde quando abriu, porém a partir de hoje não volto mais nessa loja, fiz a reclamação para uma funcionaria e nada foi feito nem se quer foi falar com o dono do Pitbull, Decepção me resume falta de respeito com o cliente.
Na minha opinião teria que ser obrigatório o uso de coleira os pet dentro da loja, e colocar placas na entrada da loja para que os clientes fiquem ciente que se não estiver com seu pet na coleira não podem entrar.
I was at the store today and a guy had a Pitbull inside the store without a muzzle and without a collar I was with my son and our pet and the Pitbull came towards us almost attacked us this is unacceptable as the owner allows this kind of thing, um dog like this to be inside the store without even a chain putting people's lives at risk, I've always bought from this store I've been a customer since it opened, but from today I'm not going back to this store, I complained to an employee and nothing was done even if you want to talk to the owner of the Pitbull, Disappointment sums up to me a lack of respect for the customer.
In my opinion, it would have to be mandatory to wear a leash for pets inside the store, and put signs at the entrance of the store so that customers are aware that if they don't have their pet on a leash, they can't enter.
