★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um hambúrguer bastante bom, mas não tem erro, toda vez que pede é uma experiência frustrante, seja por uma demora injustificável pra responder ao whatsapp ou por um tempo de espera inaceitável pra chegada do pedido, mesmo estando a 10 min de distância do local.
 A very good hamburger, but there is no mistake, every time you order is a frustrating experience, either due to an unjustifiable delay in responding to whatsapp or due to an unacceptable waiting time for the order to arrive, even being 10 min away from the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente decepcionada com esse lugar! Já havia comido antes e tinha gostado(nada de outro mundo mas era ok). Eis que peço novamente no dia 28/11 e tive a pior das experiências. Se vocês não conseguem lidar com a demanda do Black.... Aderiram por que?? O sanduíche já estava com 40 minutos de atraso. Eu estava com fome e fui perguntar onde o motoqueiro estava. Simplesmente CANCELARAM sem nem sequer uma conversa, um diálogo. Depois de 2h de espera e fazem isso? Zero profissionalismo. Mandei mensagem no WhatsApp sobre o ocorrido e me ignoraram. Nunca mais piso aí!
Extremely disappointed in this place! I had eaten before and I liked it (nothing out of this world but it was ok). Behold, I ask again on 11/28 and had the worst experience. If you can't deal with Black's demand .... Why did you join? The sandwich was already 40 minutes late. I was hungry and went to ask where the biker was. They simply CANCELED without even a conversation, a dialogue. After 2 hours of waiting and do that? Zero professionalism. I sent a message on WhatsApp about what happened and they ignored me. Never step there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível! Passei raiva demais! Tentei entrar em contato com o da ZS, eles não respondem, e acabei que entrei em contato com o da ZN para eles entrarem em contato com o da ZS. A partir disso, pedimos o hambúrguer pelo DuoGourmet, após 1h de pedido feito, eles informam que o pedido está COMEÇANDO a ser preparado! e com mais uma espera de 40 minutos! Depois, dizem que o pedido saiu para entrega junto com outros 3 pedidos (em que o nosso supostamente ia ser entregue primeiro), pois demorou mais 40 minutos para que fosse entregue. O hambúrguer finalmente chegou depois de 2 HORAS e não era nada demais, hambúrguer pequeno e sem graça. Não vale a pena. Nunca mais peço lá.
Horrible experience! I was too angry! I tried to contact the ZS, they don't respond, and I ended up contacting the ZN so they can get in touch with the ZS. After that, we ordered the burger at DuoGourmet, after 1 hour of ordering, they inform that the order is STARTING to be prepared! and with another 40 minute wait! Then, they say that the order went out for delivery along with 3 other orders (in which ours was supposed to be delivered first), as it took another 40 minutes for it to be delivered. The hamburger finally arrived after 2 HOURS and it was no big deal, small and dull hamburger. Not worth it. I'll never ask there again.
