Gostaria de relatar o péssimo atendimento no caixa que tive nessa loja. Fui comprar alguns presentes e fui atendida pela vendedora Liliam que foi muito simpátia e atenciosa, mais infelizmente quando cheguei no caixa não tive a mesma experiência a moça que se chama por "DANI" foi super ingnorante e mal educada , estava falando com um tom de voz alto e grosso, então eu pedi para ela ser um pouco mais educada ao se comunicar comigo, mais ela teve a audácia de me dizer que já estava cansanda porque já tinha trabalhado o dia todo e que quando chegasse em casa ainda tinha suas tarefas a fazer porque o seu esposo não o ajudava, e que se não estava bom para mim era para ir em outra loja. Então fui passar o ocorrido para gerente, mais não tive um retorno justo porque a moça do caixa "DANI" ainda ao se comunicar comigo continuou ao falar no tom de voz alto e ingnorante perto da gerente, enfim deve ser o treinamento de atendimento que a equipe tem. Mais pretendo não voltar mais e não indico essa loja pelo padrão de atendimento do caixa.

I went to buy some gifts and I was attended by the saleswoman Liliam who was very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately when I arrived at the cashier I didn't have the same experience the girl called "DANI" was super ingenorative and rude, she was speaking with a tone of loud and thick, so I asked her to be a little more polite when communicating with me, but she had the audacity to tell me that she was already tired because she had already worked all day and that when she got home she still had her tasks to do. do it because your husband didn’t help you, and if it wasn’t good for me it was to go to another store. So I went to tell the manager what happened, but I didn't have a fair return because the cashier "DANI", still communicating with me, continued to speak in a loud and ignoring tone near the manager, in short, it must be the attendance training that team has. But I intend not to return and I do not recommend this store by the standard of cashier service.
