Já tentaram até se recusar a receber encomendas alegando já ter encerrado as atividades do dia, e uma placa na entrada sinalizando que o horário de atendimento iria até mais tarde do horário ali presente. E também já presenciado uma total falta de cuidado com as encomendas, jogando as caixas sem qualquer cuidado com o conteúdo.

They have even tried to refuse to take orders on the grounds that they have already finished the day's activities, and a sign at the entrance indicating that the opening hours would go on later than the time there.
