They put out very expensive packages from my account without my authorization when I went to open the account for the INSS, not to mention that it was not even mandatory to open an account!

Deria existir mais pessoas assim trabalhando em banco.
Manager Maitê is a wonderful person, attends you very well, treats everyone very well, and whatever she can do to help she does without any effort.
There would be more people like that working in a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos 9 da manhã. Entramos na agência as 14.10hs, pegamos senha 288 e até as 15.04 hs ainda NÃO fomos atendidos. Atendimento educado mas logística de entrada um horror.
We arrived at 9 in the morning. We entered the agency at 2.10 pm, got password 288 and until 3.04 pm we were NOT attended to. Polite service but inbound logistics a horror.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim receber meu benefício que é direito meu ,cheguei às 11:48 fiquei até às 15:00 pra se quer consegui entra e agora é exatamente 16:16 e ainda tem 15 pessoas na minha frente e apenas uma atendente,uma grande falta de respeito com todos esses doentes aqui ,pessoas como eu que bem podia está aqui ,faz um esforço pra está aqui e sem nenhuma consideração ,tanta gente precisando trabalhar e vcs assim
I came to receive my benefit, which is my right, I arrived at 11:48 am I stayed until 3:00 pm to get in and now it's exactly 4:16 pm and there are still 15 people in front of me and only one attendant, a big lack of respect with all these patients here , people like me who could be here , make an effort to be here and without any consideration , so many people needing to work and you like that

Because a bank can be so incompetent, they make people wait more than 3 hours standing outside just to get in and wait more inside. A complete humiliation, run from there.
