★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomei durante 1 semana um remédio feito por esse laboratório e foi a mesma coisa que não tomar nada, piorei dia a dia. Aí tomei 1 comprimido do mesmo remédio de outro laboratório e melhorei quase 100% apenas com aquele comprimido. Não recomendo esse laboratório.
I took a remedy made by this lab for 1 week and it was the same as not taking anything, I get worse day by day. Then I took 1 tablet from the same drug from another lab and improved almost 100% with that tablet alone. I do not recommend this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento fraco, quando ligamos o menu de opções não serve para nada, solicitei atendimento para revendedores e tiveram que transferir a ligação para "o setor certo", depois a atendente Renata me informou que o preço do site e para revenda seria o mesmo, se atendem cliente final não faz sentido nenhum ter opção de menu para revenda. Mesmo tendo interesse em uma maior quantidade não oferecem nenhum tipo de negociação. Não me senti a vontade em nenhum momento conversando com essa empresa, parece que estamos fazendo um favor a eles de nos interessarmos pelos produtos. Já que o cliente não interessa deveriam rever sua política de atendimento. #chateada Não recomendo essa empresa nem para revendedores e muito menos para cliente final, não me passou confiança.
Poor service, when we called the options menu it was useless, I requested service to resellers and they had to transfer the call to "the right sector", then the attendant Renata informed me that the price of the site and for resale would be the same, if serve the end customer, it makes no sense to have a menu option for resale. Even if they are interested in a larger amount, they do not offer any kind of negotiation. I didn't feel comfortable talking to this company at any time, it seems that we are doing them a favor by getting interested in the products. Since the customer is not interested, they should review their service policy. #upset I don't recommend this company or to resellers and even less to the end customer, it didn't give me confidence.
