â â â â â PĂ©ssimo serviço de atendimento. Os telefones nĂŁo sĂŁo atendidos, e quando sĂŁo, caem apĂłs serem transferidos. Mandei mensagem no whatsapp e tambĂ©m nĂŁo fui atendido, tive que ir lĂĄ para ser informado que precisaria esperar atĂ© 1:30! SĂł para agendar!
 Terrible customer service. Phones are not answered, and when they are, they drop after being transferred. I sent a message on whatsapp and was also not answered, I had to go there to be informed that I would have to wait until 1:30! Just to schedule!

â â â â â Fui fazer uma ultrassonografia obstĂ©trica e tive um pĂ©ssimo atendimento. AlĂ©m de uma enorme demora para conseguir marcar, fui marcar dia 07/12 e sĂł consegui vaga dia 20/12. Eu tenho plano, mais optei por fazer fora do plano em um particular com uma Doutora maravilhosa.
I went for an obstetric ultrasound and had a terrible service. In addition to a huge delay to get an appointment, I went to book on 12/07 and only got a spot on 12/20. I have a plan, but I chose to do it outside the plan in a private with a wonderful Doctor.

Terrible, I can't talk to dial I have 4 phone numbers and no one answers, I spend hours trying and nothing, a lack of professionalism.

â â â â â Toda vez que faço o agendamento de algum exame por imagem nesta unidade (Metropolitano Imagem Serra) Ă© um arrependimento diferente. Por mais que tenhamos plano, compensa em investir em atendimento particular ou em outra clĂnica conveniada. Muita demora tanto para o atendimento quanto para o agendamento. Precisam melhorar!
Every time I schedule an imaging exam at this unit (Metropolitano Imagem Serra) it's a different regret. As much as we have a plan, it pays to invest in private care or in another partner clinic. Long delays for both service and scheduling. Need to improve!

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo, demora demais, falta de educação dĂĄs atendentes, para se ver livre de dar informaçÔes, falam mentira, Ă© o pior trocaram o mĂ©dico que eu marquei o exame, sem me comunicar. NĂŁo gostaria de usar esse serviço nunca mas, nĂŁo indico a ninguĂ©m.
Terrible, it takes too long, the attendants lack education, to be free to give information, they tell lies, it's the worst they changed the doctor I scheduled the exam, without communicating. I would never like to use this service, but I don't recommend it to anyone.

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo! Cheguei com 10 minutos de atraso, fui surpreendida com o aparelho de senha com problema com o paciente que estava na minha frente, com isso meu tempo de atraso aumentou para 15 minutos na senha.
Aà ser atendida pela recepção para confirmar o exame , me exortou que cheguei atrasada 15 minutos expliquei e ela nada!! E disse vamos fazer o atendimento da senhora mas serå um encaixe a partir de agora.
Falta de respeito, pois esperamos por horas para ser atendido.
Terrible! I arrived 10 minutes late, I was surprised by the password device with a problem with the patient in front of me, so my delay time increased to 15 minutes on the password.

â â â â â Atendimento samp pĂ©ssimo meu 1°atendimento realizado pronto socorro samp*apart hospital ,suspeita de apĂȘndice o hospital direcionou realizar uma tomografia no antigo metropolitano serra *clĂnica anexa ao hospital.
Sem nenhuma prestação serviço de deslocamento do paciente eu mesma tive que me dirigir atĂ© o municĂpio da Serra para proceder e apĂłs retornar novamente a Cariacica.
Algumas colaboradoras da recepção atendimento indiferente, falta dialogar informaçÔes acertivas com o paciente e aprimorar a empatia.
Pois como cliente diante da busca atendimento o mĂnimo que exigimos um atendimento humanizado e preciso.
