★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local e ótimo, a recepção funcionários razoável. Após colocação brinquedos para crianças, o local se tornou um parque diversões. Crianças brincam sem ser policiada pelos pais e pela pizzaria. Gritarias, brinquedos sendo jogados nós clientes, etc. Bom ocorreu no dia que fui. Reclamado com funcionário não houve atitude, pelo menos alertar aos pais desleixados.
The location is great, the reception staff reasonable. After placing toys for children, the place became an amusement park. Children play without being policed by their parents and by the pizzeria. Shouting, toys being thrown at our customers, etc. Good thing happened the day I went. Complained to the employee, there was no attitude, at least to warn sloppy parents.

Estive nessa pizzaria dia 19/02/2022. Pizza boa, porém, esperei quase uma hora para pizza chegar, apenas 2 garçons para até atender todo salão, contei 22 pessoas desistirem do estabelecimento e irem embora por não serem atendidas.
Visão pessoal: li muitos comentários antes de ir, em algum deles vi o dono dizer que só teve problemas na semana que estava de férias, talvez as férias continue pq falta muitaa administração, garçons perdidos, amarrotados, e realmente por mais que se esforcem, fica impossível 2 garçons atenderem um salão com mais de 50 pessoas, por favor arrumem isso.
Ao questionar ao garçon o motivo da demora, me informou que havia faltado o copeiro e que devido ao baixo movimento, o proprietário havia dispensado os garçons, provavelmente free-lancer.
Ser empreendedor é saber delegar e dividir a equipe.
Obs. O delivere saiu umas 4 vezes enquanto eu esperava minha pizza.
Overview:
I was at this pizzeria on the 19/02/2022. Good pizza, however, I waited almost an hour for pizza to arrive, only 2 waiters to even serve the entire room, I counted 22 people giving up on the establishment and leaving because they were not served.
Personal view: I read a lot of comments before going, in some of them I saw the owner saying that he only had problems the week he was on vacation, maybe the vacation will continue because there is a lot of management, lost, crumpled waiters, and really, no matter how hard they try, It is impossible for 2 waiters to serve a room with more than 50 people, please fix this.
When asking the waiter the reason for the delay, he informed me that the butler was missing and that due to the low traffic, the owner had dismissed the waiters, probably a freelancer.
Being an entrepreneur is knowing how to delegate and divide the team.
Obs. The delivere came out about 4 times while I was waiting for my pizza.
