★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ! Uma falta de profissionalidade desses correios de Raul Soares que chega dar vergonha. Ridículo nunca atendem o telefone. Atendimento péssimo, desapressável ter que depender dessa empresa. 1 estrela é muito ainda pra essa agência.
Terrible ! A lack of professionalism in these mailings by Raul Soares is enough to be ashamed. Ridiculous never answer the phone. Lousy service, depressing to have to depend on this company. 1 star is still very much for this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu dei 1 estrela pq não tem opção de não dar estrelas, ninguem atende o telefone, eles não atuaizam o site de rastreamento, a fila é muuito lenta, pessimo atendimento presencial, demora pra caramba entregar. TEM QUE MELHORAR ESSE CORREIO DE RAUL. DA ATE VERGONHA DE VER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava esperando uma correspondência chegar em minha residência nesta sexta feira 22/01/2021 E eu não estava em casa e simplesmente postaram que eu tinha mudado de endereço. "Que o cliente mudou-se " poxa fiquei muito insatisfeito com os cervicos prestados por vocês. Sendo que este mês já recebi 2 correspondência de vocês e sim eu estava em minha residência pra recebê-lo.
Espero que oriente os entregadores a se informar sobre tal . E sim tinha pessoas que poderiam receber para mim a correspondência no local . Mais como não me encontraram deram meia volta e informaram isso.
I was waiting for a correspondence to arrive at my residence this Friday 22/01/2021 And I was not at home and they simply posted that I had changed address. "That the client has moved" I was very dissatisfied with the services provided by you. Since this month I already received 2 correspondence from you and yes I was at my residence to receive it.
I hope you will guide couriers to find out about it. And yes, there were people who could receive correspondence for me on the spot. But as they didn't find me, they turned around and reported it.
