Irresponsável e o ministério de turismo e a turis rio que agora deram para importar e dar chance que bandidos do exterior venham agir no turismo Brasileiro irresponsáveis !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos um passeio genial, inesquecível. Gostei muito do lugar, o atendimento dos guias muito bom. Muitas lembrança boas daquele dia. Na volta chegamos um pouco atrasados no horário mas foi por conta do trânsito. Nada de mais. Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor tour del mundo!! Fuimos a Arrai du Cabo Pasamos 7 horas en el bus para sólo poder disfrutar de la playa 2 horas. Muy lento. La embarcación no estaba lista. La guía era muy lenta y es una grosera, no entiende bien español. Tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para que las personas extranjeras sacaran dinero del banco. Muy desordenado. Mala Logistica. Mejor cobrar más dinero y mejorar la experiencia. No lo recomiendo. La comida del bufete es un asco de mala calidad y en un lugar muy sucio. Te recogen a las 7 am y luego te dejan en el hotel a las 11 pm. Una pérdida de tiempo en transporte.
Te roban el dinero! Mejor alquilar un carro y visitar las playas con ayuda de Google maps!
El servicio al cliente es malo: solo saben decir. Es un tour colectivo entonces de malas!
Cancelamos los otros toures con ellos porque conseguimos algo privado más barato!!

The worst tour in the world !! We went to Arrai du Cabo We spent 7 hours on the bus to only be able to enjoy the beach for 2 hours. Very slow. The boat was not ready. The guide was very slow and is rude, does not understand Spanish well. We had to wait 30 minutes for foreign people to take money from the bank. Very messy. Bad logistics. Better to collect more money and improve the experience. I do not recommend it. The buffet food is disgusting of poor quality and in a very dirty place. They pick you up at 7 am and then drop you at the hotel at 11 pm. A waste of time in transportation.
They steal your money! Better rent a car and visit the beaches with the help of Google maps!
Customer service is bad: they just know how to say. It is a collective tour then bad!
We canceled the other tours with them because we got something private cheaper!
DO NOT BE FOOLED!! Garbage!

Nos vendieron un tour por Buzios en cataraman, donde te cobran primero, se demoran 7 hrs en un viaje en bus para llegar a buzios (normalmente debería durar 2 a 3 hrs), para luego decirte que no se puede navegar (cosa que ellos ya sabían porque la marina les informa el día anterior), y te cambian el paseo en barco por otro bus abierto (troley) que le suena todo, solo para en una playa y no por más de 5 min y de una duración total de 1 hr, cuando lo que vendieron fue viaje en barco por las playas y 40 min en cada playa, un paseo completo de mínimo 3 hr en barco que nunca nos dieron. No te devuelven el dinero, para ellos el trolly es igual que el catamaran (barco más grande y lujoso que el escuna) ... Una estafa completa, nadie te responde.
