â â â â â Chaos!! We took a transfer from Ilha Grande to Rio. Boat left Ilha Grande at 10:00, arriving at Agra dos Reis at ca. 10:40. We were waiting 1h40min till 12:20 under the sun, and still no transfer to Rio arrives. We were told every 20min, that the transfer arrives in the next 10min. They kept lying to us. At 12:20, i booked Uber to Rio, because we would probably never leave Agra do Reis. Please avoid this chaotic company. No sorry or apologize from their workers.

â â â â â Absolutely terrible experience. We payed for a transfer from Ilha Grande to Paraty and it was 200 real per person he charged 200 on my card and 400 on my partnerâs card. He then messaged me later that evening to apologise and say that he would be sending the money back. He said it would take a maximum of two days and it has now been 4 weeks and the money has still not returned to our account. I donât remember the manâs name but he was incredibly rude about it and did not make the experience a pleasant one in the slightest. Iâm sure theyâre a wonderful company but this man completely ripped us off be very aware!!!!!

â â â â â Very nice and coteous staff.
Trip from Rio to Ilha Grande was performed exactly like agreed before.
Pick-up was on time. Also even our hotel was slightly further away from pick-up zone it was ok for Top Transfer to do it.
It was not too crowded inside van.
And the tour back from island was booked for specific date but we spontenously shifted for one day as it was so nice on the isle. Also here Top Transfer was very flexible to change the trip details w/o additional costs involved.

â â â â â The driver wrote us at 11:55 (after many calls) to tell us we ll be the first to pick up so be ready at 12:40 am , he arrived at 1:25 pm and what a surprise, the van was almost full. We picked other people and left Rio around 2:30 pm. We arrived at the boat station at 5:10 pm. The driver told us the boat will be there at 5:40. We got the boat at 6:35pm (more than one hour to wait) and landed in Ilha Grande at 7:05 pm. Your service : expect for paying, nobody is reactive. Im really disapointed.
We chose this company because they are supposed to be premium and faster and we are paying for this kind of service. It took us more than 5.5 hours (and I donât count the waiting time) and when I tried to reach your company driver or you this morning it took more than 2.5 hours to answer. This is not professional at all.
I donât recommend this type of service
PS: I wrote my feedback few days ago to the company directly and nobody answers to me or gave me explanation

â â â â â We used them for a shuttle bus and boat transfer from Rio to Ilha Grande. Very smooth pickup and they handled everything for us including ferry tickets.
We also used them to book a 1 day group boat tour to snorkeling/beach spots along the northern coast of the island.
They were professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service and VERY responsive via WhatsApp.

â â â â â We were 5 people looking to go from SĂŁo Paulo to Rio de Janeiro with a van. I found this service on Google with great reviews. I booked the van and paid online. The driver was 10 minutes early, the van was nicer than we expected, and the driver was very friendly, stopped when we asked, and offered us a fridge with water for free. We arrived to Rio de Janeiro without any issues. The service was exceptional, and the price was better than the other companies.
