Os funcionários e dentistas são atenciosos e ótimos, mas tentar marcar consulta pelo telefone é impossível. Quando se consegue ser atendido, o sistema está fora do ar.

Infelizmente fui barrado já no telefonema para agendamento do tratamento, ou a clínica não queria aceitar Unimed, ou a pessoa que atendeu ao telefone estava de mau humor. Falei que havia ido ao pronto atendimento e que haviam feito limpeza superficial no meu dente, mas que haviam me recomendado um periodontista. A atendente me falou que eu deveria ver qual o procedimento que a clínica havia colocado porque não poderia agendar um horário para mim e o tratamento ser recusado porque dependendo do que foi colocado eu só seria autorizado dali a 6 meses e que a Unimed pagava apenas R$9,00 pelo atendimento e se ela agendasse e não fosse autorizado o profissional perderia o horário etc.. Sinceramente acho que a clínica tem que resolver isso com a Unimed, não com o cliente, que liga muitas vezes assustado e precisando de um auxílio. Liguei para a Unimed e consultei sobre a veracidade do que a atendente havia me informado, que aliás era o que a atendente deveria fazer: pegar o número de minha carteira e ver se seria autorizado, não desabafar comigo, e a Unimed falou que não fiz nada demais, apenas procurei um atendimento emergencial e não haveria motivo para ter o tratamento negado. Deus sabe o que faz, talvez a clínica seja ótima para os outros, mas eu não seja um bom cliente para ela. Hoje já fui atendido em outra clínica e iniciei meu tratamento, graças a Deus.
Unfortunately, I was stopped on the phone call to schedule the treatment, either the clinic did not want to accept Unimed, or the person who answered the phone was in a bad mood. I said that I had gone to the emergency room and that they had done a superficial cleaning of my tooth, but that they had recommended a periodontist. The attendant told me that I should see what procedure the clinic had put in place because they could not schedule an appointment for me and the treatment would be refused because depending on what was put in, I would only be authorized in 6 months and that Unimed would only pay R $9.00 for the service and if she made an appointment and was not authorized, the professional would miss the time etc.. I honestly think that the clinic has to resolve this with Unimed, not with the client, who calls often scared and in need of help. I called Unimed and consulted about the veracity of what the attendant had told me, which was what the attendant should do: take my wallet number and see if it would be authorized, not vent to me, and Unimed said I didn't do it. no big deal, I just looked for emergency care and there would be no reason to be denied treatment. God knows what she does, maybe the clinic is great for others, but I'm not a good customer for her. Today I was seen at another clinic and started my treatment, thank God.
