Estou em tratamento do canal deste molar e tinha consulta no dia 13 de março de 2020 para seguir com o canal. Compareci para o tratamento e deparei com o porteiro do prédio informando que a clínica fechou e não tem previsão de voltar para atendimento. O curativo caiu, estou com dor e não tenho telefone para contato de emergência. 3 dias depois recebi uma mensagem no celular informando o fechamento da clínica e a não previsão para retorno do atendimento. Resumo: paguei e não tenho o atendimento emergencial para um caso grave de canal aberto.
I started a treatment of R $ 3,000.00 in early March, including an upper molar channel. I am in the treatment of this molar canal and had an appointment on March 13, 2020 to continue with the canal. I came for the treatment and came across the doorman of the building reporting that the clinic has closed and has no plans to return for care. The bandage fell, I'm in pain and I have no phone for emergency contact. 3 days later I received a message on my cell phone informing me that the clinic was closed and that no appointment was scheduled to return. Summary: I paid and do not have emergency care for a serious case of open channel.

Agendei a primeira consulta para as 16:30, cheguei antes do horário previsto mas só fui atendido as 17:30, por um outro dentista que estava disponível, pois o que eu havia agendado estava com muitos pacientes no dia.
Tudo bem, falhas podem acontecer. Fiz a avaliação e agendei outra consulta para o dia seguinte às 16:00, novamente cheguei antes do horário previsto, todos que chegaram depois de mim foram atendidos, inclusive pelo dentista que deveria ter me atendido antes. As 17:00, novamente com 1 hora de espera, cansei de esperar e saí sem atendimento. Infelizmente perdi horas do meu dia a toa.
Não recomendo essa clínica.
Péssimo atendimento.
Acredito que se não possuem organização para atender com hora marcada não deveriam oferecer esse tipo de serviço.

I scheduled the first appointment for 16:30, I arrived before the scheduled time but I was only attended at 17:30, by another dentist who was available, because what I had scheduled was with many patients on the day.
Okay, failures can happen. I did the evaluation and scheduled another appointment for the next day at 16:00, again I arrived before the scheduled time, everyone who arrived after me was seen, including by the dentist who should have seen me before. At 17:00, again with 1 hour of waiting, I got tired of waiting and left without assistance. Unfortunately I lost hours of my day for nothing.
I do not recommend this clinic.
Terrible attendance.
I believe that if they do not have an organization to attend by appointment they should not offer this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitos funcionários, mas desorganizado. Conheci a OdontoPrime por conta do meu plano. Marquei a primeira consulta e no dia, me deparei com pessoas panfletando na porta. Uma delas me levou até o consultório. Fiz uma avaliação e também um limpeza. Tudo transcorreu bem e marquei outros procedimentos. Mas talvez fosse sorte porque depois foi só desrespeito.
Marquei a consulta para as 17h e me organizei pra chegar no horário. Cheguei 10 minutos antes, me apresentei e pediram para eu esperar ser chamado. O consultório não estava cheio. Apenas 3 pessoas. Todas foram atendidas e eu não fui chamado, nem deram uma satisfação. Esperei por 30 minutos e fui até a recepcionista perguntar o que estava acontecendo. A mesma parecia surpresa por eu estar ali - impossível q ninguém tenha notado que eu estava esperando. Disse q “ia ver”. Falou com a profissional que deveria estar me atendendo e a mesma estava ocupada. Ou seja, eu teria que esperar ainda mais. O meu tempo não foi nem um pouco respeitado. Resolvi ir embora porque esse tipo de situação é inaceitável. Farei essa mesma reclamação meu plano de saúde - uma vez que me venderam um atendimento “prime” mas que foi amador.
Lots of employees but disorganized. I met OdontoPrime because of my plan. I made the first appointment and on the day, I came across people leafleting at the door. One of them took me to the office. I did an assessment and also a cleaning. Everything went well and I scheduled other procedures. But maybe it was luck because then it was just disrespect.
I made an appointment for 5:00 pm and arranged to arrive on time. I arrived 10 minutes early, introduced myself and was asked to wait to be called. The office was not full. Only 3 people. All were attended to and I was not called, nor did they give any satisfaction. I waited for 30 minutes and went to the receptionist to ask what was going on. She looked surprised that I was there - impossible that no one noticed I was waiting. I said “I would see”. He spoke to the professional who was supposed to be attending me and she was busy. That is, I would have to wait even longer. My time was not respected at all. I decided to leave because this kind of situation is unacceptable. I will make that same claim to my health plan - since they sold me a “prime” service but it was amateur.

I should have seen the reviews before making an appointment in this place aff stranded attendants dial wrong and outside the very long wait .... I didn't like it and I don't recommend it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o desprazer de agendar uma consulta nesta clinica. Marquei uma consulta com o clinico geral para mim e meu filho. Tanto eu como meu filho não tinhamos queixas e gostariasmo somente de fazer a limpeza nos dentes de rotina. Após 1h de espera no consultorio somos encaminhado para uma sala onde o dentista somente olhou os nossos dentes por 2 min e recomendou a limpeza dos dentes e em seguida nos encaminhou para a recepção para agendar uma consulta para retorno em outro dia somente para fazer a limpeza. Se houvessem me dito que a consulta seria somente de avaliação seria diferente. Um desrespeito com o tempo alheio e com o ser humano e completa ausência de etica, fazer aguardar todo esse tempo para ter uma consulta de 2 min e pedir para você retornar outro dia para fazer uma limpeza. Perca de tempo, se eu soubesse que era apenas uma avaliação não teria colocado os meus pés nesta clinica.
I had the displeasure of scheduling an appointment at this clinic. I made an appointment with the general practitioner for me and my son. Both my son and I had no complaints and would only like to do routine teeth cleaning. After 1 hour of waiting in the office, we were taken to a room where the dentist only looked at our teeth for 2 minutes and recommended cleaning the teeth and then referred us to the reception to schedule an appointment to return on another day just to do the cleaning . If they had told me that the consultation would only be an evaluation, it would have been different. A disrespect for other people's time and for human beings and a complete lack of ethics, make you wait all this time to have a 2 min appointment and ask you to return another day to do a cleaning. Waste of time, if I knew it was just an evaluation I would not have set foot in this clinic.
